The blankets were poor quality and shedding, the bed sheets were not very clean, the sink hole didn't have a lid it was wide open, the carpet was dirty, the kitchen was dirty and had dirty dishes.

The stuff was pleasant but it was a struggle reaching them on the phone.

The room was falling apart (no bedside lamps and the shower light and door were broken. The towels looked dirty(because they were old). Because I traveled for work. there was not enough socket outlets to plug my laptop and phone at the same time.

For that price, the room was fairly clean and the Wifi quality was good.

The bedding was dirty 1 of the pillows had blood stains on it. The door to the balcony could not open snd it was the only ventilation in the room. We had to buy a bottle of water to wash on check out day because there was no matter.

There is this 1 staff member who is always friendly and helpful wherever you ask him. Even knows us by now🤣

Service was poor...the lady who was assisting us took advantage of us cause we are young and same race as hers so she gave us a room that is less rated in the lodge...

We were self catering n the location is 50% preferable due to its quietness at night ....

The rooms were very stuffed, could tell windows haven’t been opened for a while. The blankets are quite old and don’t have the most pleasant scent it was very difficult to fall asleep.

Check in procedure was very smooth and there was someone at the reception even though we arrived around midnight. The place is also very close to the airport and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I expected a warm airconditioned room and the comfort as seen on the photos. Instead it was a cold room on a cold night. The next morning the water was chillingly cold. Horrible shower experience.

Basically the reception guy was cool and accomodative.

The bathing room the sink was blocked and the was water everywhere and the door if it locks when you're outside it wasnt going to open

lol, where do I even begin! The entire place needs renovations, and no, not just minor ones. It needs to completely shut down and have proper reworks. The filth is out of this world. I’m not even a germophobe but the entire time I felt that my body was constantly being infested with germs. The fluff on the blankets was unavoidable even though I had slept with my fleece underneath. lol, I went to work looking like a fur baby. Not to mention the doors that are falling off. I was paranoid the whole night, worried that someone might just break in and kick the sliding door. Very unsafe location - to be fair, this is not their fault. I should’ve done my research. To sum it up, the pictures are the exact contrast of what you will find. A very decrepit building!

They need to get smart TV or cable they can't be having one channel. Cause Going to reciption whole time to change the channel.

We couldn't lock the door from the inside and also when heading out, somehow the door locks by itself so it made it very difficult to get back into the room didn't have the facilities it stated..

Joh. Staff lady drunk. At the reception to start with. One gentleman Joel was nice though. The place is below par. I think it should close and they focus on renovating and rebranding. Very poor
