Everything! What a truly magical place. It’s a true oasis. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, allowing us to do a spontaneous wine tasting upon arrival which we really enjoyed. The room is beautiful and spacious. We just wish we could have stayed longer!!

This is a really lovely guest house on a wine estate in a rural part of Paarl. It's beautiful and comfortable with wonderful staff and excellent food - also not far from Franshoek and Stellenbosh and a lot of hiking/outdoor activities!

Extremely minor thing but maybe having smaller pillows in the bed, our bed was luxurious and comfortable but the pillows were so massive you couldn’t lie down properly. Silly thing to complain about but everything was perfect!

Everything about this property was amazing. We were upgraded from the king suite to the presidential which was a lovely surprise. The staff are amazing and are super kind and willing to help with any need. We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the property with a wine tasting - the estate has lovely range of wines. The staff were 11/10 helping us with everything from things to do around the property to answering any questions we had. Overall such a wonderful stay and will come again.

The house is beautiful and our room was exceptional. The team were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the vineyard. We had dinner in the restaurant - the food and wine were exceptional. The breakfast as well was abundant and delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will come again.

Loved everything about the hotel. It's luxurious, great location, peaceful, shops and malls easily accessible, you don't struggle to get Uber, Uber cars are always around and was also closer to the conference venue ( Ashanti Wine Estates)

The room was excellent. Period. Best nights sleep in a long while. Think "grandma's feather bed" and you get to realise how comfortable it was. The room was awesome in a thatch cottage and the Jura coffee machine made the perfect cuppa. Definitely set the benchmark that'll be hard to beat. Breakfast was 5 star. Staff were awesome.

There was nothing I didn't like

The gardens, grounds and buildings are very well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were expecting us and made us feel welcome when we arrived. Adara exceeded our expectations, as some times a place doesn't look like the pictures on the internet. We would love to stay there again. The breakfast was also very good and the products they used of good quality.

Minor for others but for me important. The light in the living room was soft and romantic, but I missed a place where I had enough light to read. Maybe a standing reading lamp can provide a solution.

Very pleasant staff. Perfect location (estate), excellent accomodation, excellent service; dining and breakfast were of a very high quality. All in all: fantastic.
