Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaSince we were on a business trip, it would have been nice if we had been informed prior to our arrival to bring milk and coffee of our preference. Also to the host I hope after my feedback you found the pots which we could not find when we wanted to cook our breakfast.
The location was great as we were working at the Cape Winelands Expo at the Montana School. We could park the car behind the gate and we were close to the mall and the security was good. The hosts were friendly and made sure we could park our car.

We made arrangements for the keys to be picked up by family members as we arrived late in Worcester from CA airport. We accidentally triggered the alarm of the place and didn't know where to cancel it upon entering.

South AfricaI really did not like the neighbourhood, did not feel safe to me. DSTV was not working, and unfortunately host could not get it fixed although she tried, she did however offer me a free night stay in the future to compensate, which I appreciated.
