We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaResturants open around 11 am for breakfast and we were in a self catering facility. I was hoping to just have a warm breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Next time i will surely buy groceries for breakfast especially when travelling with the kids.other than that our stay was awsome. Most definitely coming back in September school holidays

Wonderful location and on the water on Thesen Island, walking distance from shops and restaurants. The owner (Gail) was super helpful and friendly, and responded quickly to any queries. Definitely good value for money and we'll be back soon!

AustriaA fantastic small house located within a gated community just a few steps from the centre of Thesen Harbour Island, with it's boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. The property itself was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished with a spacious terrace for evening drinks and sunset views. Beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms great for our family of four. Highly recommended. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

United KingdomSecurity access was very inconvenient. Soundproofing between property and owners house was non existent. Tumble dryer broken. Settee in lounge area too low and uncomfortable. Main bedroom, one blind broken off and no cover over one window, light at 5am. No privacy from owners. A relief to leave.
The back up electricity worked and the water tasted alright.
