As per my booking.com level I was upgraded from a standard to a king room. However the room we were in was definitely a standard as it was so small and very little room to move around and didn't correspond to the pictures. Even though I spoke to the owner about this, nothing was done as she advised it was a 'king room' . It definitely wasn't. The noise level was terrible from other guest as their kids were doing the most. Yes, I understand everyone came for a holiday but there should be a level of respect for all guest. No one was there either to assist in this regard. The pillows definitely need an upgrade, it wasn't comfortable at all. The bathroom, shower in particular NEED A DEEP CLEAN. The aircon didnt warm up either, no plug close to the bedside for charging, i also had to remove the tv remote batteries for the aircon and then remove them again for the tv...inconvenience...Lastly, my deal came with breakfast, which we really enjoyed, complements to the chef, however since when does breakfast NOT include a beverage? We had to pay for our beverages at breakfast. Totally disappointed. For the money I paid for 2 nights and 1 day, I personally don't think it was worth it. This could be a 5 star establishment if the effort was put into it. And it's the little things that makes a huge difference. As frequent travelers for work I've stayed in many places so I definitely have a very good idea about value for money.

It was not what I expected. It was not clean, the bathroom door is damaged. The curtain is dirty, has stains on them. The wall has a bit of damage, bit of mold there and there.

The only good thing about it is that it was close to the beach

The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The check-in process was simple. Situated right on the beach and in a quiet area.

Linen wasn't clean. Apart from stained linen, the sheets were full of sand when we got into bed. Uncomfortable pillows. Room in need of maintenance and a fresh paint, looks dirty. Open Parking outside of property, had to park across the road at the public beach parking for the night that had us worried about our vehicle. Basin drain smell when you open the tap. Shower door broken, can't close the door.

Hosts was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and right in front of the pool and entertainment area. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean while we feel asleep. Neat and tidy accommodation with the beach literally on your doorstep.

The guesthouse has the most ideal location right on Glenashley Beach, close to the M4 highway and conveniently close to shops. The owners of the property are so quick to help with anything you need and make you feel like you’re at a home away from home.

The facility is dilapidated. Not clean. We were not provided with toilet paper, no air freshener, no hand soap. Towels were dirty. Housekeeping was not done. Cottage needs enough ventilation.
