Didn't like the fact that there was no bar fridge in the room for personal milk etc. Not a deal breaker but would have been easier.

Location was fantastic - view was exceptional. Amenities were very clean and housekeeping check done daily.

I was delayed. They took my laptop and said i damaged a lamp and i had to pay 500 rands. They then threatned to leave my luggage on the road. Ihad to pleasd with them. Now i was late i didnt paxk my things but i had an emwrgnecy. They clamied that i would call police if they tiuched my belongings. Bizzarre behaviour . I was treated like a criminal. Sadly. Maybe its a colour thing. Maybe they were upset. I was wrong in not checking out on time but they didnt help until i begged them. Sadly. I was wrong but they were ruthless . Ive stayed in 30 places. No one has behaved this way with this type of contempt.

A very warm welcome from our host. The facility was clean and comfortable. Had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Provided a relaxed overnight after a long journey and was greeted with a stunning sunrise the following morning.

Passing traffic was very noisy. No security gate on room door and no gate or wall between road and room

It was a cold night, so having a heater would have made the stay even more comfortable. That being said, everything else was wonderful and we truly enjoy our time there.

The room is lovely, and Rheta makes sure you have all the information needed for a wonderful stay. It is well-equiped with a variety of appliances. Plus, the ocean view is simple wonderful.

The budget room has no wifi. Which is stated in the description but we missed that part as the overall hotel has wifi. I’m not sure why they haven’t gotten a wifi repeater, it seems like an easy fix…

The location was close to our party for the evening so that was a bonus. The main rd is very busy, even throughout the night. View was lovely.

No mirror in the room near a plug to do my hair. The couch needs a board under the cushions as you sink to the floor. The window needs voil curtains as you are right on the road and need privacy from people walking past. The curtains drawn, makes the room too dark.

Exactly as advertised, great ocean view, comfy and clean. It was a very pleasant stay, with parking right in front of the property. Very useful folder with all sorts of information for the area -even menus for the nearby restaurants! Very thoughtful!

The wifi in the room was slow or non-existent. Expectations of poor wifi was made on arrival only. Downstairs wifi good Uber doesn't operate as frequently as in Fishoek or Simonstown due to location. Rather set expectations to set up pre-booked driving services.

The road in front of the house is fairly noisy -for light sleepers like us it was a little challenging to sleep. Nothing the owner can do - just mentioning in case someone needs a quiet night.

Very easy communication, great host, even accommodated our late check-in. Easy parking right in front of the property. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, very useful folder with all sorts of information for the area -even menus for the nearby restaurants! Very thoughtful.
