The unit surprised me by being better than expected.

The literature says high speed internet.This was not so other than WhatsApp.We could not watch anything on Netflix etc.Fortunately I had downloaded a few episodes of a series.

The beautiful hot showers and friendly staff. The food was absolutely lovely. The trailer was neat and clean. The views were spectacular. Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a bonus, nature at its best. Would definitely go back...

There was a power outage that occurred the first night of our stay and then again the morning of our departure day, which affected the trailer we were in and the one above but we made the most of it. The kids' entertainment was a bit of a letdown as they ran out of marshmallows to toast over the fire at the beach, and the movie night was not as planned, kids ended up watching programs on YouTube in the playroom instead. Could do better...

Great concept, the restaurant ambience was brilliant. Great breakfast and the staff was so good and accommodating.

Location fantastic, the food and personal amazing

Room was poor. Interior needs attention. Aircon leaks water. Mattress needs to be changed. Tails in shower floor are loose.

The views are amazing and the amenities excellent. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Lots to do there as well as in the surrounding areas.

It’s very unique. The themed caravans are fun. You have all the comforts and space. Very clean with lovely bedding .

The lounge area is very basic. So mot very homely. But I thought I was going into just a caravan , so the extra Soave is a welcome addition. The restaurant area and lounge area are great. Lovely pool area (if you go in summer) food was excellent. Staff were excellent

It was cold and wet but the fire places were always on and we really enjoyed the food and hospitality. Had some really nice chats with the manager who was really kind and helpful. All the staff were great.

There was a group who was little noisy on the first night but was not a major problem.

Wonderful place. The restaurant was fabulous, great food. Just loved our stay. Will be back for sure.

The layout reminds me of dirty dancing! Something for everyone,. The food was spectacular, the staff extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way for you. The ambience is magical, we will definitely be back.

I was a little disappointed in that I arranged and confirmed twice for some sort of a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday. I had imagined something like a balloon or cupcake or something at the accommodation when we got to the suite, but there was nothing.

Love the communal social design of the place. There are several places where people can gather and enjoy the facilities, including the main restaurant area and the 'beach' area on the small lake. The restaurant area is loaded with all kinds of seating place, both formal and informal, and a beautiful pool with enough loungers. It is really set out nicely for social vibes. The beach area has kayaks, floater tubes and a bar...really well though out. Staff are super friendly, and the food and alcohol options are good. Wood fires hot tubs at the tiny home we stayed in was AMAZING. Bonus is the wood supply for this at no additional cost.

We weren't given a number we can call or whatsapp for any issues. As we were staying on the far end, this would have been really helpful. For example, we were given fire lighters (nice), but no matches. We then had to drive up to the top to get this sorted, which is inconvenient. We had some maintenance issues in our unit, but nothing major. Again, could have been sorted pretty easily if we had a whatsapp number or similar.

Surpassed all expectations and can’t believe how cheap it is for what this place is. Magical.

The new Klien Paradys tiny homes were exceptionally well appointed. All facilities were superb

Breakfast was amazing, and all the activities on site. It was peaceful and tranquil. The views from the Daddy’s Den glamping site is amazing. Makes you feel like you in nature.

The glamping area maybe needs an update. Bathroom and toilet facilities. The shower was leaking. Also, there is not enough lighting at night. The artificial grass also continues to feel wet and cold. We requested fresh towels Saturday morning had to ask again Saturday evening. The makeup requested wasn't good. Wood on site was wet.
