The bathroom needs an upgrade. The kitchen didn't have enough utensils. We were two adults but had only one mug and one glass. We did not get the room we booked.

The facility needs overall maintenance and surely pesticides to manage the various insects inside the rooms

The location which is in a very natural and high vegetation ensures one feels the " get away" sense of the stay. The aircon and hot water was a plus given the weather conditions

The room was dark (lighting was inadequate). There was no lace curtain for privacy in the event i needed to use natural light. The reception promised to provide me with a side lamp, it was never given. There were ants in the room. I stayed for 4 nights, on one morning, I woke up with ants all over my head and face. I don't know how they climbed the bed. The room was not clean.

The swimming pool wasn't clean my kids couldn't swim it's even written swim at your own risk, our room wasn't well prepared I had to go to the reception to ask for cups, coffee and sugar so we can have tea, rooms are cold no heater nothing😭 I've asked at the reception the lady said sorry we don't have heater. 1 bathing rapping towel for 4 people as I've booked for 4 people, no hands towel no hands soap yooo this people didn't prepare our room, it was dark the outside lights where off the reception lady said she can't light for us she didn't give me the reason why, probably they needed to replace the light bulb I don't know, the couches are tearing this place needs renovations. The other room where I booked for 2 the side bedroom light only 1 lighted, I've booked 2 rooms for 6 people but wasn't pleased with the rooms.Book at your own risk, was very very disappointed 😞😞

Nothing at all, the the students at Noma nini made our stay there a leaving in hell, and it ended up 1 of our kids being harassed. The stay was a mess

The app said the room is R650 when i got on site the room was R800 it was already late and we didnt have a choice but to take it😔 never again use this app and the place when im going to Mpumalanga. I rather call the places.

After checking in, we were not escorted to our room . They just gave us directions of which we got lost because we are not familiar with the place. We had to go back the the security to show us the rondavel

We checked in late, there was no one at the reception. We called the landline with no answer, security had to give us personal number of a lady called Mirriam because the was no one at the admin office.

When we arrived there, the receptionist told us that they do not have space for us, even after it has been confirmed telephonically and via booking.com They made no attempt to source alternative accommodation. It is not safe to stay there with your children

They accommodation booked was taken by others who booked directly with them my reservation wasn't fulfilled and they failed to provide alternative accommodation prior and never respond to my calls as they promised, therefor this was their system glitches, that I've got nothing to be charged off.
