The lift wasn't working. I suffer from severe arthritis, it would have been good to mention something like this on their website so I wouldn't end up on the top floor. I relied on Mr D to survive.

That the kitchen was closed 30 min before closing time indicated on the services offered. The treadmill in the small gym was not for running.

The muslie, yogurt, and fresh fruit breakfast was great every morning. Cappuccino was excellent

The lift didn’t work the entire 4 nights I stayed there even though I was told that it would be fixed the day of arrival. I was staying on the 5th floor so that was very unpleasant.

The lift was not working and no communication was shared regarding the lift. I was in the 4th floor so that was a lot of stairs with bags. The room was rather dark if lights can be fixed.

Their breakfast is very good. And the Staff are friendly. The property is easier to locate and within CBD.

The lift wasn’t working but the staff helped us with luggage. There was also a funny stench but nothing too drastic.

There was no spoon to Make the hot beverage basin took forever to drain the water toilet seat/lid thing did not stay up small bin plug by the bed on the wall did not work wifi is constantly going and coming reception woke us up on the first night to say check out is at 10am when we booked for 2 nights and this morning they didn't evens bother to call too much pillows no tap for water had to collect water from the basin in the toilet which we did not mind but could have had a mini sink or basin for the coffee/tea water maybe more milk as 1 did not really work out for my friend sugar too

I love that's there was an air-conditioning the towels extra blanket hot beverage for my friend as he is a tea lover shower was good no running out of hot water the mini fridge mirrors wardrobe clean floor my socks are still clean clean environment comfy bed

Broken lift. Unbearable street noise due to proximity to long street clubs and morning traffic. Operating hours of the restaurant too short. No alcohol served.

Location. Breakfast area. Blackout curtains. Amazingly kind staff.

It would have been good had it not been for the incident of a leaky roof and how poorly managed my complaint was. I complained early in the morning- the receptionist acted like it would be fixed or I’d be moved but his shift ended without anything being done and poor communication despite being probed on multiple times. Making the whole situation fall on the receptionist taking on the night shift who also did not assist at first until I had a friend over who was able to demand action. I ended up transferring (thanks to Sipho for his help) to the nearest neighbourgood hotel at 1am in an unknown location using my own transport as a female. All because of a leaky roof that they could have managed earlier on by moving rooms and fixing that.

The elevator was not working and I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor during my stay. I had a big luggage which I had to climb down with during leaving. It was horrible. Also, the pipes in my room were emitting bad smells from the toilet chamber I assume. I had to get used to it to let it all pass.

The food was a 4 out of a 10...it was too oily my gosh 😫 they also refused to change our bedding when it was dirty.

Nothing actually

I was not in for breakfast but I wish the rate could have included breakfast. The location is excellent smack in town centre close to all amenities, restaurants, transport, major supermarkets and other retail stores. The hotel rooms are enormous, not your normal hotel room especially in Cape Town where there's no space. This is a combination of hotel room and a bit of apartment living, huge space.
