We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyTHE PLACE should actually be called The BEAUTIFUL PLACE! :-) I felt so comfortable right from the start and didn't want to leave! The staff were super friendly, totally attentive and always available. The house and especially my room were absolutely beautifully furnished, more than well maintained, super clean and comfortable! The location is absolutely brilliant and super safe. A secure car park on the large property was ideal. The breakfast was super tasty, freshly and lovingly prepared and varied. The communal area is also so nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool area also looks super nice and well maintained, even though I didn't use it. All in all, The Place in Muizenberg is an absolute insider tip! From start to finish, I just felt at ease, looked after and comfortable! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for those wonderful days!

GermanyWe stayed at THE PLACE as a family with 2 kids for 1 month and it has been the best. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean, the breakfast was very good (everyday highlights: fresh fruits, french toast and English breakfast) and there were lots of common areas that could be used including the pool, a laundry room, and a large living/dining room. Justin and the rest of the staff were so lovely and really made our stay unforgettable. We will for sure come back. The beach and lots of restaurants and cafe's are just a short walk.
