The place is beautiful and serene. Our tent was by the river and the sound of water flowing marinated us in our sleep.

If you are looking for a relaxed and quiet retreat and want to disconnect, this is the place. Absolute privacy and impeccable views. Our sleeper tent was right next to the river, which you can relax and sit by the river bank. The tent is so spacious with all the facilities you would need for your stay. Amazing staff that are a text away to assist. Cleaning took less than 30 minutes, and could request it at your own convenient time. The food at the restaurant was delicious and you sit under the open sky which was refreshing. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely visit again.

If I could give this place a 11/10, I would. The only thing that’s better than the property itself is the chef. Every meal left us in awe. I also enjoyed the little chats with the staff, they made it feel like home. We had a Really amazing, therapeutic time here. Kudos to the team.

The WIFI connection in the tent was horrible though. We had no connection the whole time. We could only get connection from the reception area which sucked.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Mbizane. The place exceeded our expectations, the staff is very friendly and the tents is very elegant and cozy. We totally loved being there. We will definitely be visiting again. We have already started recommending the retreat to friends and family.
