There are only 3 cottages which are well spaced from each other. The area is quiet with no traffic noise and only a few minutes from the town. There was wood for one outdoor braai and the kitchen was well stocked. The area is fenced and there are Springbok inside.

We loved everything about the cottage, it was a home away from home. The springbucks walking around and close by you. You could hear the lion roar late afternoons. Everything was superb!!! We had some issues with the DSTV, but we didn't go to watch tv, so we worked around it.

The cottage was lovely with everything we needed. The wildlife was my sons favorite. The location was awesome, close to town, but still felt like rural klein karoo.

Perfect spot close enough to town, but feels like you are further out. So relaxing to have the animals around. Even heard the lions at night from the nearby zoo. Very friendly hosts with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

When we arrived we weren't 100% sure where to go to collect the keys, it wasn't a problem though as we were met by Helena outside the gate after she saw us pass by

The attention to detail, there was some cooking oil and salt and pepper, as well as an ironing board etc which just makes it feel more homie, my favorite was the springbokkies that were in the enclosure with us, I could sit and watch them all day.

An outstanding accomodation from all the points of view (comfort, very clean, all that is necessary, wild life,...). Very nice welcome. Very nice place, very quiet, with some springbocks grazing in the meadow.

Nothing to dislike

Everything was exceptional, Helena and Neal were the perfect hosts. Really well equipped and very clean. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to cool off on a hot day. Location was very peaceful. We appreciated the little gift left and also the lovely fresh melon.

Nothing bad to say really.

Nice new clean cottages with everything you would need for a self catering stay, including Netflix for the kids and good internet speed. Nice that there are some springbok roaming around in the garden area (not tame but can get quite close). Just far enough out of the town to feel like you are on a farm but close that you are a 5 min drive from shops and restaurants. Nice big pool available for swimming.

It’s a bit out of the center but we had a car so it was no issue at all.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor aspects to note. The living room did get a bit warm during the day, especially since we were there over the hot summer period. However, we do understand this was to be expected, and the host kindly informed us in advance about the mobile fan provided in the living area, which helped to some extent. On a positive note, we highly appreciated the air conditioning in the main bedroom, which made for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Overall, a small issue in an otherwise great stay!

We enjoyed every bit! We loved the great hospitality and how friendly Helena and Neil were. We loved the springboks and so did our kids. We loved the fact that there was an AC and such a massive pool. We enjoyed everything and can’t wait to be back!
