South AfricaThere was no air-conditioning for heater, no blanket, we had to use the comforter for warmth. The bathroom doesn't have a place to put our shower gels or hang a towel or bath cloth. You have to put everything down on the floor.

South AfricaThey didn’t clean the place especially by the stairs when you go to the dining room. They don’t have closets in the room you just have to put your luggage on the floor. Our room window didn’t close so privacy was compromised. No air condition just a small electric heater that you will have to live ON until you leave because it doesn’t do any justice when it’s cold. Toilet not closed meaning you do your business right in front of your partner if you are not alone or anybody rather. No coffee ingredients or equipments in the room. No microwave just a bar fridge only. You have to pay for the utilisation of the jacuzzi separately. There is construction going on.

South Africa1. Please have heated pool 2. The rooms upstairs are dark 3. Breakfast was not delicious. It was too dry because no sauces or gravy was offered.
The Staff was Amazing, helping us with anything that we needed. They really work hard to make sure that guests are comfortable. The home is really beautiful and has so much potential. Please also fix the area at the bottom of the drive way. It has so much potential and It would be lovely to have bonfires in the evening (just a suggestion). I would definitely come back :)

I had to close all doors and windows because of Mosquitoes - This is natural ofcourse, the room was very hot without a fan, may you please organize electric fans for your beautiful rooms please
The place is very beautiful, peaceful environment, the clean pools both indoor and outdoor. The bed is comfortable with clean linen. The staff, wow they're so welcoming and helpful and they serve nice breakfast. I liked the jacuzzi as well- I wish they can update on Booking.com that the Jacuzzi is R300 pet hour before booking. I liked the shower as well

South AfricaThe TV was not playing, the remote did not have batteries, We asked for them the following day and when we got the batteries still the remote didn't work , we were sharing a shower with other people on the other room and the door to the shower did not have a key so that means we could walk in on peope or they could walk in while we were taking a shower! There was no bin to throw rubbish and we were not happy with the towels, one was written "Happy valentines day", On the website we were shown that we were gonna get robes,sleepers and toiletries but we never did and not forgetting that when we left we got calls from the place saying they can't find their remote.
