The bathroom is not entirely private - there is no toilet in your own room, so the toilet is communal but the shower is in your own room which was okay. Generally prefer an ensuite but this was perfect for our stay over and the facilities were extremely clean.

Mario is amazing, he accommodated us on a late arrival, we arrived at 21h22 and kept in touch with him the entire way when we were delayed due to many trucks on the road. He and his beautiful dogs welcomed us and showed us around. Very comfortable stay, shower in your own room. Comfortable and clean, perfect for a stop over through to CPT. Mario is extremely hospitable and made us the most delicious Brazilian coffee to send us on our way the next morning :)

Very pleasant stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and absolutely hassle-free. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home right away. In the morning, we were even offered a coffee and it was the best Brazilian coffee we've ever had! Many thanks for the warm hospitality, we’d love to come back!

Absolutely flawless! From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a truly special experience. The pool is a real gem — sparkling clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. But what truly won me over was the outdoor area: a peaceful little haven with a hammock, comfy chairs, and a cozy vibe that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. I was greeted with a chocolate truffle — such a thoughtful gesture. Luiza offered me a slice of her homemade cake, which was absolutely delicious! And Mario’s coffee… honestly, it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. They also provide coffee, tea, and milk, always making sure guests feel right at home. I had my own key to the house throughout the stay, which gave me a great sense of comfort and independence. The location is just perfect. There’s a mall and shopping center very close by, a supermarket literally a one-minute walk from the house, and all the essentials are within easy reach. It’s very close to the city center, but at the same time, the area feels calm, safe, and scenic. You even get stunning views of the mountains and a beautiful lake nearby — the sunsets there are absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is spotless — everything is incredibly clean, organized, and well-maintained. And the bathroom? Truly exceptional — modern, elegant, and one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen in a place like this. The entire décor of the house is tasteful, modern, and clearly arranged with great attention and care. The pets are lovely! The dogs are super friendly, and although I hardly saw the cat, she’s adorable and very quiet. The bedding was amazing — high-quality sheets, soft, clean, and extremely comfortable. Sleeping there felt like luxury. This was an unforgettable stay — the kind that makes you wish you could stay longer. It’s much more than just a place to sleep; it’s an experience of true hospitality, comfort, and peace.

It's really great being in a place where there is already everything you need to be human. I stayed a night with my partner and wanted to make some braaibroodjies, and I didn't have to worry about if there are plates or knives or cutting boards etc. Really great hosts as well, they were really welcoming. Also really friendly dogs.

One needs to be aware that there's is only one bathroom for 2 bedrooms sharing with other guests

I really loved the place. The only suggestion I would like to make is a small side table by the pool where you can sit to be able to put your snacks. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would go there again.

Mario and Luiza are kind and caring hosts. Very friendly indeed. Their place is immaculate and roomy. I just loved their swimming pool. I wish them both very best in the future.

When we arive the facility was not locked anyone could enter the house and the facility was not as advertised no privacy. We did not stay there and the host were willing to accept the cancellation when we call him but declined the cancellation afterwards.According to your policy we cannot be refunded You stay with the host in the house. We will make use of other booking companies
