Everything was perfect.

This was our 5th stay at Maison, and we truly feel at home. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat us like family (thank you, Buyi). There were several renovations to our room that made our stay even more comfortable, and this didn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Karen, for another great stay and for being so welcoming. The gas tank from the portable heater was empty, but the staff changed it right away so we were able to use it in the end. It would be nice to have access to alternative milk (oat, almond) in addition to cow milk.

The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Since it can become quite cold at night, there were 2 portable heaters to warm up the rooms if needed (the AC was broken). The complimentary breakfast supplies and wine bottle were really appreciated. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the instructions to get to the apartment were perfectly clear.

This was an awesome suite for a winter stay, with everything a person could possibly need - the heated bed was a welcome surprise and so many special details that made it such a pleasure to stay over. Will be back!

My goodness what a beautiful place I really don't know where to start whether talk about the comfort or cleanliness or peace of that place really I enjoyed myself and everytime I came back from my sermons wow the place will be cleaned again and the break fast goodies and fruit and wine my goodness thank you Karen and your lovely staff and thank you again and will be back soon and God bless your business more and more ❤️🌹❤️

Stayed here for National Schools Hockey tournament. Very good location to all the major schools. The room caters to every small detail and even more that might be needed. Very warm and homely stay

There are a few minor issues of soft furnishings they could tweak. Only half the electric blanket worked, and the standing lamp next to the bed needed replacing. Another lamp in the main area would have been nice too. I would also recommend a black out blind over the bed itself for better sleep. These were minor inconveniences though and I look forward to staying there again the next time I visit Joburg.

Maison Jacaranda was extremely well appointed, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk, fruit and rusks, and there was a gas heater and electric blanket and more than sufficient towels. The check-in/out process was very simple and we could do it ourselves with the lock box. The security was good and the parking was sufficient. The staff who I did meet were really excellent, and those who I spoke with via text were helpful and replied promptly. The location was fantastic for Parkview, just around the corner from excellent shops, and very close to hopping onto Jan Smuts to get to wider Joburg. Overall I very highly rate this property and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast - muesli, yoghurt, fruit and rusks provided in the room - very nice. Thank you! Lovely coffee machine and complimentary bottle of wine. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and I made two enquiries during my stay and had a very speedy and satisfactory response. I would definitely stay at Maison Jacaranda on my next work trip.

I suspect that the geyser is solar powered so there as a bit of alternating from hot to cold

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and stocked with complementary fruit, lekker home made rusks and anything needed. We were given as much boxed water we asked for. After checkout we were offered to relax in a clean, comfortable patio poolside as our flight was an evening one. The guys just get this hospitality thing, 10/10 experience.

The one-plate cooking stove was a bit fiddly to figure out in the beginning, but realised after reading the instruction materials that the hob required specific types of pots. Perhaps the correct pots could be stocked.

The location was great as a family, with a toddler. The park is nearby and it's a lovely park that has lots of space and built equipment that is in good condition. The apartment was lovely, lots of light and equipped with the basics. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. It truly is such a gem in a beautiful tree-lined neighbourhood. It's a perfect resting place.
