It was beautiful accomodation and a wonderful first experience of Clarens. We felt so spoiled with such exquisite rooms, added thoughts to make it so warm and comfortable . Would definitely recommend others to stay here and will visit again ourselves. Thank you for a 5 star experience. The food was excellent as well.

It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful serene setting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hannetjie gave us all the necessary information we need before we arrived. Will definately go back and recommend it to everyone who need a break. The towels were soft and fluffy.

Breakfast is served independently at the restaurant on site. They say between 8AM and 10AM. Both days they were not open by 8AM. The first morning we had to be in Clarens by 9AM, so we did not have time to wait. On the second morning, we waited more than half an hour without anyone saying anything to us, so we left. I must say, this was a let down on the trip.

Beautiful surroundings in the Drakensburg. We took our dogs with. They got on well with the owners’ dogs.

A lovely guest farm where the doggos could roam free. The Complimentary breakfast was a big swing vote and was perfect. Comfy beds and good decor.

Breakfast was included and was a swing in our vote to choosing this location, and the dinners offered was great. They accommodated our furbabies amazingly and had a great stay on the guest farm

We have no complaints. We enjoyed every aspect of the stay!

The facilities were beautiful as well as the scenery. We really enjoyed the room, and the breakfast was amazing! It is close enough to Clarens so you can go walk around and enjoy the restaurants, but it is isolated enough to feel intimate and quiet. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great place to stay in the Free State, Tannie took great care of us and we were told of all the amazing things we could do in the town. We’ll definitely be going back with our broader family. Beautiful place and wonderful people. Just wow!!

Very cosy, proper farm style life. The host Hannetjie was really lovely. Very accommodating to all our needs.

We were there over VERY cold weekend, and the room we were in was cold oil heater and built-in fireplace (bring your own wood or buy in Clarens). There were electric blankets so bed was100%. Would have been nice to be able to buy wood at the farm for convenience. The unit (Pintje) would be stunning in warmer weather

The staff, location, views and rooms are excellent. Sandstone, well appointed, comfy etc. The Farm is in the process of changing from a permanent restaurant, to managing this in-house. They offered a basic breakfast which was fine. They have plans to upgrade this so as to meet further guest needs and I am sure they will accomplish this over time. The staff are excellent and I'm sure will make it happen. There are many restaurants in Clarens close by as alternatives. Cooking facilities in the room are limited.
