The property is beautiful, and we had a very well-equipped cottage. The children and we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at this accommodation, which we truly regret. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Check in at the Security Gate was the worst ever check in i have ever done. Please send the Guy for training. Exiting was better than when we arrived. I think they should have a list of guests instead of trying to locate one another, the guy seemed lost.

Breakfast was the Best , Chef and the Waiters we excellent. From the moment you walk in they greet and ask you where would you like to sit. They explain what they offer . The omelet was the best I ever tasted, been around the world both Chefs excel

For a "luxury" suite one would expect a bit more "upmarket" condiments in the room, such as coffee, tea, milk and maybe access to a mini-bar with snacks. Two coffee cups in the room and no way to clean them as no washing up liquid is provided. Only two plunger pouches which is not enough. The outdoor recliners and cushions were really hard and uncomfortable. The pool runs all day and night (noisy) when it would make more sense to just run for portions of the day and not at night. The built in "gas fireplace" wasn't working and would have added to the luxury feeling if it worked.

Very large luxury suite with a great view - loved the outdoor shower. Seeing the giraffes close to camp and the nyala in the camp was special. Dinner was great on both nights, and the staff were excellent.

The chalet was lovely, comfortable and beautiful, but I prefer the tents. The tents are way more magical to stay in, and had a better view than the chalet. Unfortunately, they don't allow children in a tent, so I couldn't book that my family.

This was my second time at Muluwa Lodge. The first time I stayed there, I booked one of the luxury tents, and this time, as we were a family of 4, I booked a chalet. The staff was very kind and friendly. The chef went out of his way to prepare halaal friendly meals for us. The breakfast was outstanding - an absolute treat. The animals walking around the lodge are a spectacular experience (giraffes, zebras, impala, etc.).

It's a great lodge. The bungalows are very spacious and charming. They have magnificent views (including great sunrises). In the morning, we were even woken up by two giraffes passing by. The dinner was delicious!

i can understand that maybe this is a getaway to disconnect but i would’ve appreciated wifi in the living areas. was staying there for work so would’ve been nice to be able to get connected.

the place is beautiful, the rooms are great. every thing is spaced out and accommodations are private, even on balcony’s. you could see animals while driving around the property, and the restaurant.

Only one litre (2 plastic bottles) of water provided per day. Please give unlimited water in refillable glass bottles No phones/ intercoms in rooms makes it challenging to communicate with other rooms and staff especially since there is no wifi in rooms which I didn’t mind that much but the rooms are far apart so need some mode of communication

Beautiful grounds & views and clean & tasteful rooms. Really enjoyed our vegetarian meals, special thanks to the chef and restaurant team for thoughtfully curating them with our inputs. Safari experience (we did the am drive) was great although it is a long drive to the gate and you may spend almost 3 hours back and forth to the gate. The bon fires in the evening added to experience

The view was breathtaking,the dinner I'll give 9/10 including the entire staff,not to mention how quick they cleaned our room while we were at breakfast. Muluwa, we are definitely coming again.

Pool without heating, really freezing cold water despite weather reached 28°. But no one come here for the pool anyway.

Food, service and most important the view amazing. In the area around the lodge you can go hiking and see animals like giraffes , impalas. Kudos and more ( no predators).
