We were allowed to check in earlier.

We weren't aware it was an ensuite in a house. The water pressure wasn't great and the shower curtain wasn't keeping the water from dripping all over the bathroom. We could hear everything from the passage and kitchen. There was also a sun bather directly outside of our window which was uncomfortable.

    Property response:

Leos Den is a BnB. Which means it’s a persons home where guest rooms are available. You have also stayed here before so I’m not sure how you did not know you booked a room in a house. If you do not want to be in a shared environment then best to look at guest cottages or studios in the future.

    Nice central location. Off-street parking.

I wasn't expecting the room to be so small. The overhead light in the room didn't have a cover, so the bulb was exposed, and quite bright. Also, there was only 1 bedside lamp. The tea bags were stale. The carpets could have been cleaner. The mattress was old - I could feel the springs when I turned over.

    Property response:

Thanks for staying. Enjoy your day further.

Was old schooled old fashioned like it's 1974, it old style, they must adapt new ideas

    Property response:

Thank you for your one night stay. We are indeed gloriously 'Old School'. Nothing rigid or 'stuck up' about my place.

Room extremely comfortable and close to shopping malls. Ideally situated for me to visit family and friends.

Shared bathroom facilities, but convience of location more than made up for this. Will definitely stay here again.

    Property response:

Thank you for staying in my home. We do have en-suite rooms as well as shared bedrooms. It was a delight to have you here.

The location was great close to spa n the people were nice

It was really uncomfortable to share a bathroom, everytime we wanted to use it someone was inside. This is someones home n you just booking a room that someone sleeps in everyday .there was a dirty shoe with socks smelling in the corner.was really disgusting.to use the microwave you have to go to the main kitchen where theres a lot of stuff you not even comfortable walking around there

    Property response:

It would be advisable to check what you are booking before you book. You chose to book the room with a shared bathroom. We have en-suite rooms as well. You chose to book a room in a shared house. If you wanted a house all to yourselves then you should have booked a studio or even a hotel. If you look up the definition of BnB you will educate yourself that it means bedrooms in a shared private home. The old shoe is filled with sand it is a ‘door stop’. It’s hilarious that you thought it was someone’s shoe. No one lives in our guest rooms. They are separated from where I live. I hope you take the time to read all the provided information before you book accommodations in the future so you get what you actually want.

I honestly can do nothing but laugh when I see reviews like this. You DID NOT stay here. You DID NOT show up. You made a booking for our cheapest room but had no money to pay for it. We called you to confirm your booking and get payment and you could not pay.
