The view was gorgeous. Very accommodating hosts. Super close to everything, didn’t have to drive far to shops or restaurants.

The staircase leading to the flat was extremely steep and difficult for my parents. However we found a shared staircase at the back of the flat which were easier to negotiate so I asked the host if we can use it seeing that it passes by another flat. The couches in the living space was very low so not suitable for the elderly or anyone with lower back or lower limb joint issues. There were only three bar stools in the kitchen and we were 5 travellers, apparently the stools were extra. There was a table and two benches on the veranda but if it’s chilly then you would prefer to eat inside. There were issues with the wi fi and the TV- which the landlords really tried to solve. We were connected to the Wi-Fi of the other flat - which worked out for us. There should be an inventory list so that the host can keep track of faulty appliances / crockery etc , so I actually notified Chelsea about some issues regarding this.

I liked the neatness and cleanliness of the flat.

The towel rail was hanging off the wall , the main shower drain was blocked and the water pressure was poor plus it took 5-10min for the warm water to heat up. The road is noisy and the neighbours partied until all hours of the morning.

The venue is lovely but the finishing are “cheap”. It is spacious and is equipped with the essentials. The outside area and view are great.

No sugar coffee milk n tea...all places have this for there guests,more so for the price we paid I expected atleast that basics available. No iron either The stairs with our luggage was not user friendly No mirror to do your makeup in the room nor a long mirror for dressing i had to stand on my toes and utilize bathroom mirror.not cool. Place is very very cold.needs mats/air-con because of the floor

Everything was perfect for us all, but for myself, the one thing that was a bit difficult and again I say, ONLY for me, was the staircase, as I have a problem walking. However, Chelsea and 'Uncle Tony' found a solution for me. Thank you both.

Our 3 night stay at Leisure Lagoon was just EXCELLENT yet I have to add that right after booking, what we liked most of all, was the 'build-up' to our trip as Chelsea, our host was extremely helpful, kind and patient to answer all our questions and give us the advice we required. We've stayed at many places but have honestly NEVER had such attention before. THANK YOU SO MUCH, CHELSEA. You truly are a STAR!! We also give a special thanks to 'Uncle Tony' as he came to help us with the gas. We could contact Chelsea at any time which was truly greatly appreciated.

Couches in living room are not comfortable. no dstv. The beds very old and noisy...the doors not properly close, especially the bathroom.

The only downside was that we are all over 60 and somewhat technologically challenged, so navigating the Streaming platform on the TV was a bit of a bother. But then, we did not come to watch TV, and we managed to watch a movie on one of the nights.

My three sisters and two partners enjoyed our stay at Leisure Lagoon and especially the view so much, we hardly left the apartment. Everything was in pristine condition and we would certainly would like to stay a bit longer. Chelsea was the perfect host, communicating regularly to make sure that all is in order. We really appreciated the attention to detail.
