There is nothing much not to like. The place doesn't come with WiFi but if you approach it like a retreat from the city you will enjoy it thoroughly.

We loved the serenity offered by Le Petit. It was a much needed break from the city buzz and a good layover on our trip. Being surrounded by cattle and being able to walk the farm fields was a nice bonus too for my daughter. The property is really neat with a cute exterior and a charming and relaxing interior. The hot showers were a treat given how cold it got in the area.

There was only 1 fan and 1 Aircon and very hot the night we stayed over.

The guesthouse is completely surrounded by a fence making it perfect for our pets to stay over with us. The kitchen had everything we needed, towels were big and soft, braai and outside seating area is lovely to relax at after a long trip and everything was clean and neat. We will stay there again when traveling.

Concrete flooring made it a little cold, but there were heaters and heating pillows available. a great base to explore the area, but little on site.

The property is located on a small holding not far from the highway. It is perfect for a stopover. The property is clean and fully fenced should you bring pets along.

The aircon seemed to somehow have a power supply independent off the unit and linked to the main house. Had to request from owner to reset switch, and later it once again tripped during the night. The unit gets hot when all doors are closed but doors cannot be left open because of bugs. It may be worthwhile to invest in a screen netting so that one may benefit from the cool natural night air without the concern of creepy crawlies. The lack of an aircon can be debilitating to sleep through in the summer months. Nevertheless, as far as budget accommodation goes, this one is still quite significant value for money and it is a worthwhile booking, if just for the small-time farm experience and sounds. A peaceful stay.

Enjoyed the cows, the sunrise, the beautiful sounds of nature, proximity to the highway, as well as the open plan and fenced garden. Nita is a lovely host who offers to go the extra mile for guests.

There 3rd room was open plan with the house. It was freezing inside. There was not enough heating and was too cold to sit in the lounge or eat in the kitchen. No electric blankets on the beds, no wifi and very limited TV channels.

The location, the animals, proximity to town even though it was on a small holding. Lots of blankets.

The house is very cold - an a/c is available and can be put on a heater setting but the floors are very cold. An inside fireplace, especially for winter times, will be an excellent addition to this facility!

Excellent place to stay - we travelled with 3 dogs. Spacious and enough place in the bedroom to allow the dogs to sleep in their crates. Friendly and helpful owner! Clean and fully equipped. Family with kids will enjoy the facility!

The shower floor needs to be improved, to drain the water properly.

I loved the quiet farm life experience. Huge space, inside and outside, for the kids to enjoy themselves. Nice kitchen, rooms, lounge, kiddies area. We were delighted.
