Nothing. The pillows in the master bedroom i didn't like, but my wife was fine with them and the kids

The place was clean and located in a wonderful gated community. It was safe for the kids to play. They enjoyed the playground and the pool. The host and the neighbors were pleasant people, and they animals were the special bonus.

Part of the sanctuary is you are far from the madding crowds so it's 20mins drive to the supermarket and shops Plan for this and nothing else at Lake Brenton will disappoint. It was a price worth paying for tranquility.

Located in a lush and very well established estate we were greeting each morning by a plethora of wildlife. We were well equipped for our visitors with an array of feed left for us by our host Sandy. The children delighted in the task of feeding the deer, ibis, song birds and guinne fowl all of whom performed for us from the stoop The property was incredibly well stocked with everything from beach towels to tennis rackets Spotlessly clean throughout, and ready for weiry travellers there was everything we needed for refreshments, and all mod cons to keep the children happy. A pool and a park on site, friendly neighbours and Sandy never far away sould we need. I would highly recommend this property and location. It felt very safe and very much like home from home. Thank you Sandy for being the host with the most.

Our visit was just too short.

Sandi is the quintessential hostess. Her attention to detail is amazing. She thought of everything a guest could possibly need. Her thoughtfulness and generosity were obvious in the provisions she provided. The cottage was modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Lake Brenton is Knysna 's best kept secret, indeed.

There was absolutely nothing that we would want to change. This is the ultimate for a relaxing holiday destination.

Everything was beyond perfect! Sandi was the perfect hostess. The property and facilities where so much more than what we expected. If we could give this holiday stay a 10 star rating we would! Money well spend and a most definite recommendation from our side

The hospitality was great. Well kitted house and Sandi is the most wonderful hostess taking care of all our needs and checking in regularly...it's a serene calm environment with a lovely sense of community .a good base from which to explore knysna and the surrounding garden route.

Nothing.

Everything at this accommodation is geared towards convenience and comfort. Dave and Sandy have thought of everything, and they really go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy, comfortable and have everything you need. Best holiday experience we have ever had as a family, and the place was perfect for what we needed. They even provide food for the animals and birds so that you can feed them and experience them being so close. It was so beautiful and peaceful!

It's a little island but we enjoyed walking to the Lagoon and our safety.

The place was so exceptional, we were well welcomed with love. Didn't even notice the load shedding everything was well prepared.

The deer did bring flies but we learnt to combat that by keeping the door closed in the evening when they were feeding.

The kids loved feeding all the bunnies and deer that live in the complex and the food was available. Very friendly hosts who lived next door, opened up for us and looked after us. Milk in the fridge on arrival. We needed an extra mattress one night which they helped us with. We lost a component of a torch which they found and posted to us after the event (at their expenses). A great experience.

Everything...accommodation had Everything...surrounding is clean quiet peaceful...loved being around the animals(my kids loved the interaction with the birds rabbits and buck) A big thank you to Sandie and David, your kindness was the cherry on top.

The location, the grounds, the bird life, in fact everything was absolutely fantastic. I fully recommend this facility for a restful holiday - it will enthrall you!
