The balcony with the gas braai is on the main bedroom and I think it should be on the living room side, but that is the architect or the developer of the complex who has done the poor planning or design. Wifi speed very slow.

Very beautiful view, place is nice and well maitained. The owner or the person I had contact with was very pleasant.

Parking on site available but very complicated to get out. It works with the weight of the car in a specific spot on the ground. But our issue was that in our hands the code to get out without the car was not working and in the morning we lost 1h to understand how to get out. Also no cooking salt or oil available in the house.

Beautiful apartment very close to the waterfront! Beautiful view from one of the bedroom, nice and spacious bathrooms. Very nicely decorated and very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and dish washer on site with soap available, but dryer kept stopping the cycle. Parking on site available but very complicated to get out.

Comfortable, spacious, well appointed apartment, fabulous views from the main bedroom and lounge over the lagoon. Location was great, a short stroll along the water to the restaurants. Good communication from our host, with good check-in instructions. Secure location with private parking.

We left before the staff came, so cannot comment but the stay was excellent. We had no trouble accessing the flat. The beds were great. The view was magnificent. We will be back.

Keep in mind that the property is on the 2nd floor without lift. Hence you will have to carry all your luggage to the second floor. But if your stay is long, then it is worth it to just carry your luggage once.

Everything necessary was on point. Washington machine, dryer, heaters in every room, TV with Netflix, dishwasher, stove, bread toasters etc, were of great use. The location is fantastic as it is 1 minute drive from the main highway, and the windows/balcony open to a superb view. The allotted free parking inside secure gates of great use. There is a sense of safety once you enter the gates compound with electric fencing all walls for safety.

No lift ; can’t bring elderly parents who can’t climb stairs Windows in bathrooms usually are preferred - it’s not a big deal very clean tho
