We visited in winter, and the house was a bit cold, although the heated bedding made sleeping wonderfully comfortable!

The apartment was spacious, well-kept, and spotless. The owners live upstairs and are incredibly kind and always available. We had a wonderful stay! Loved the heated beddings!

Very very very friendly owners (we gave them a hard time with a jumper left behind, sorry!). Loved the garden´s wildlife and the amazing bread with cherry jam.

Excellent hosts, so warm en welcoming. We got very nice bread with homemade jam and other extras such as sweets. Nice appartment on walking distance from the harbour. The appartment is nice and warm with electric heaters and blankets during the winter. We had a lovely stay.

With my allergies citronella smell around the room was a little disturbing to my sinuses

Loved the interior 👌 classy and stylish reminded me of my trip to Paris. There was a feel of French style. The rooms have wall heating heater and electric blanket we did not feel the cold, ooh the owner even provided nice homemade bread and homemade jam which added to this French style.

Very cozy and beautiful place! Tina and her husband was very kind to us! She made an amazing strawberry jam that we ate with some delicious bread that she kindly gave us! The location was perfect! This is a phenomenal property.. The property is tastefully done, very cosy and all the amenities have been thoughtfully provided. The hosts are the nicest people and their hospitality is unmatched . They were generous to provide complementary food items to delight us. It was a delightful stay. Hopefully we will return someday.

An incredibly well-decorated apartment with extremely hospitable hosts. Tina and Mel are seriously taking care of their guests. My mother was amazed that nothing was missing in this apartment. The attention to detail is outstanding, both regarding the beauty of the inside of the apartment and the functionality of it. The apartment is also very well located extremely close to a nice walking path along the lagoon and also within walking distance of the quays/ waterfront of Knysna.

We felt at home, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Tina and Mel were most kind and extremely helpful. We loved and appreciated the homemade bread and jam. The garden is a little paradise, all the different birds and the lovely decorations.The location was beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

There was nothing not to like. Everything was perfect.

The hosts were such wonderful people. We had an amazing stay at La Lupa Nera. Everything you needed and more was available. We were short of nothing.. We loved all our spoils such as fresh Ciabatta, home made jam , butter, fresh flowers, chocolate and fruits. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.
