Cosy place in the town centre and next to restaurants. Had most of what we needed, except a bread knife! Owner seems lovely and interesting.

It was absolutely perfect of our 2 night stay, and when we go back to Stanford again, we would not hesitate to stay at La Casita again.

It was self catering, but SO central that you could just stroll to all types of food establishments.

The interior is fabulous and much attention was given to small details that added to our comfort. The location cannot be better, and the hosts were extremely welcoming. Don’t forget to visit their restaurant, La Cantina, next door!

We had a fabulous weeks stay at Lacasita. A really fun and funky space that is tastefully decorated with love and care and great attention to detail.A real home from home. Although it is next to the Mexican restaurant(which is great fun and the hosts are amazing and warm and welcoming),we didn’t hear any noise at all. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering break and the patio area is fantastic with comfie seating, a great dining table and braai area. It is covered too so you can use it even if it is raining.The outside area doubles the size of the Accomodation.There is parking right outside and it is in walking distance to everything in the town. We loved every minute of everything and highly recommend both the Accomodation and the restaurant, Lacantina. The Accomodation is exactly like the pictures. Thank you Mark and Lyn

Loved the quirky decor and nice big verandah to relax. A geat supper at their Mexican restaurant completed the experience. LA Casita is centrally located & we enjoyed a walk to see the beautiful Stanford Christmas lights. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Well situated, spacious, super friendly, all I needed. Potentially noisy - it's part of a bar restaurant - but I wasn't disturbed. The power failure was responded to immediately and fixed as quickly.

There was absolutely nothing I disliked about the accommodation!

The room was very well decorated, which made it feel very uplifting. It was also very spacious and had an awesome kitchenette. For me, the best feature was the courtyard, which was spacious, well decorated, and had braai facilities—just relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. Property was spacious, colourful and interestingly decorated. Felt more like a home away from home. Location in the town couldn’t have been better. Hosts were on site and very accommodating and approachable. Would stay there every time !

Location was great. Close to all the action to make it easy to walk around. A gorgeous spacious room, bathroom with awesome shower, great kitchen area which we sadly didn't have time to use and awesome relaxing outside porch and private braai area.

It is on the main road, next to a vibey restaurant - a con for me but perhaps a pro for a younger person 😊 & there isn’t a dedicated parking space for the property, if the town gets busy, you may not be able to park at the place.

Lovely, vibrant & somewhat quirky. A very comfortable place to relax & unwind.
