The apartment Kylemore 405B is ideally situated at the Waterfront Marina with beautiful views on to the canal below. It is on level 4, so it is absolutely safe to leave the balcony doors open at night. The apartment is very modern furnished with everything you need. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The washing machine and the dryer are an absolute plus point. The balcony is big with two loungers and a table with 4 chairs. So breakfast on the balcony is lovely. There is also an underground parking which is easily reached by lift. Also you can walk in 10 minutes to the V&A Waterfront where a lot of restaurants and entertainment is situated. The walk is very safe as you enter the Marina via a chip system. We have visited Cape Town very often and I can say that this location felt the safest we have ever stayed. Janine the owner is a very nice lady who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. Janine supplied milk, orange juice and coffee capsules for the coffee machine as well as tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. We can definitely recommend this apartment and would return again on a next trip to Cape Town.

Absolutely immaculate , well placed for the V&A waterfront . Janine couldn’t t have been more helpful and was easily contactable . Kylemore 405B is and absolute credit to Janine, your every need is catered for, juice, water and milk in the fridge , tea bags and sugar so you can have that welcome cup of tea on arrival after a long haul flight . Bed and bed linen of the highest quality , washing machine and tumble drier so was able to freshen up our clothes before moving on. Beautifully appointed apartment within a few minutes walk of all that the V&A has to offer . Would 100% recommend this apartment , we loved it !

The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Janine has thought of every detail, smart tvs to stream Netflix, Prime, Disney as well as DSTV. Cleaning products. A washing machine and dryer. Estate was secure. Walking distance to V&A waterfront. Small details like rusks, juice, milk, cotton pads and earbuds in the bathroom. It felt like home. I will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at Kylemore! We actually got engaged during our trip in Cape Town and Kylemore was the perfect place to celebrate! The building is very secure and in a short walking distance to the V&A waterfront. Janine met us and checked us into the apartment and messaged us every day with the loadshedding schedule (however they did have a generator so you could still use some plugs and lights etc). The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the view is stunning! We will definitely be recommending it to our friends :)
