I loved that they had plates in case we needed to dish ourselves food, most facilities usually have tea and coffee cups and that’s it. Love how clean and fresh it was both the room and bathroom. I loved that they had a bottle of still water in the fridge. Next time I would appreciate at least two bottles, all in all I loved everything.

The garage was safe to park our car off rhe street .reserve this when booking . Good check in service. Contacted owner to confirm booking was reserved so check in was stress-free. Owner kindly helped with our bags up the stairs . Truly appreciated the kindness as we had a very very long day . Very clean rooms and smelled good . Has a shower and bath. Good toiletries. Clean bedding and extra super warm blanket . Aircon heater was working well but didn't need it . Tastefully decorated . Had a seperate sleeper couch in the very spacious room .And a separate common dining room with a microwave and Crockery. Had a restful peaceful well deserved rest . The garage door was really narrow, reverse parking is safer. I saw car paint on one side of the garage wall shame I am sure one guest scratched their car there.

It was very close to the venue I needed to get to in the two days I was there. It was clean and well kept. The wifi speed was great. I really appreciated the rusks and bottled water they had for me when I checked in. The room is cleaned daily like at a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was really comfortable.

Reception: The worst thing that happened was that: - there is no signage, at all, so I struggled to find it and when I did, I wasn't sure it's the right place. - there is no reception area, all gates are locked, the bell at the gate doesn't work, and the contact number o found on Booking.com isn't working. It kept saying the number is not in use. - an hour after I stood outside, someone came out and said she was not informed i was checking in on that day. I was standing in the street feeling very unsafe. But the room was then satisfactory when I finally checked in

It was a struggle to get in. Tried phoning the host, she did not answer. She only answered after I tried phoning about 6 times. There is a doorbell, but it is not working. Directions was not very clear. Wasn't sure where to park or even how to get into the property. We only saw the host when she gave us our room key. Did not even inform us where to leave the key when we leave again. Could not find someone to take the keys from us when we left and again, the host did not answer her phone. The roof fan is making a terrible noise when switched on.
