The house is a gem! It has everything you need and then some:) Great bedrooms and baths, wonderful kitchen with all supplies, TV room with four comfy chairs. Wonderful garden with a small pool. Close to the main street.

Location of the Braai and Heated mini pool was awkward, would have enjoyed it and used it if it was in front of the patio rather than on the side in front of the parking space

The setting and size of the cottage was very good. The owners were very accommodating when changing dates and able to assist us on 2 occasions when we changed dates

Awkward check-in process where they expect you to drive to them to fetch the keys instead of meeting you at the property. And strange and overly detailed communication from the bookings lady in this regard. This is the only reason for 9/10 instead of 10/10. Note that the cleaners will also be on the property from early morning on check-out day but they didn’t come into the actual house until check-out time

Very safe. Parking behind a gate and under shade. Excellent pool area. Great braai facilities. Very helpful clothes washing facilities. Clean linen and towels. Good availability of cooking dishes, utensils, etc. Large rooms and bathrooms.

Everything was excellent. We pre ordered the braai packs for 10 people, salads bread etc. Incredible value!! We a group of oldies cycling 10 days in the Karoo and comfort, ease of knowing everything was done for us, made masterclass the best venue for us. Highly recommend them. Wish we had longer to stay to enjoy all facilities. Thank you to our incredible hosts !!

We would have liked to have a table with chairs inside the house, especially during the colder times of day. Only table was outside on the stoep and at the pool. Also no place to use a laptop or other device inside the house while seated at a flat surface. Description said there is a washing machine in the house but this was not the case. Washing was done by the friendly member of staff. None of this may bother you for a night or two but it did during our 7 night stay.

Pull out sleeper couch mattress a little thin for a big guy to sleep on, but no major complaints.

Lovely, tranquil setting, had everything we needed for self-catering stay, friendly and helpful hosts. Access to sportschannels on TV and great wifi reception a big plus too.

There was a funny smell in the fridge almost like the fridge was off for a long period but with door closed. The electrical plug behind the bed had a switch missing and I had to move the bed in order to get a phone charger in (maybe consider an extension plug so guests can plug in their phones next to the bed)

Beautiful property, great communication prior to arrival, kind staff. The bed is huge and comfortable. Neat and clean property, the swimming pool was neat and water not too cold. Cereal, rusks and yogurt with milk and juice was a kind and nice touch. Water pressure is great for shower. The area is quiet and safe.

We loved our stay in the Masterclass Cottage. It is very spacious, modern with nice furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen. We appreciated the extras for breakfast. The Cottage is very private. Howard's communication was excellent before and during our stay. The check in with Izette was super easy. She kept in touch with us before we arrived. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the Karoo heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This stay was exceptional! Right from the first point of contact with Howard, to the meet and welcome from Izette and everything in between! They really care and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Beautiful house and furnishings and everything you could think for a really comfortable stay. We are looking forward already to the next visit to the charming Prince Albert and Karoo masterclass!
