When we we were lost (as above) I phoned the receptionist and there was no answer. She didn't phone back either. On my side of the bed the electric blanket was not working. This was annoying.

The address on your confirmation was correct. I inadvertently searched to go to your address using Google Maps. This took us to another - completely - incorrect hotel at the street Google gave me,. Another guest had the same problem. You should approach Google about this. In addition I was pleased that they had a generator in place and working. There was a major power outage that night. TV was Premium and working properly The electric gate opened when the car was in proximity of it.

No air-conditioning only ceiling fans. Booked for two adults but towels only supplied for one guest. However the Security guard Victor?? Was very polite and organized the required towels. Toilet roll holder broken and missing. As well as hook behind the bathroom door.

Didn't have any meals there. We're expensive. Nice big rooms. Quiet enough although on the Main street. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant closed early, but there are good food places nearby, in town. Breakfast started at 8am when we stayed there - that's a bit late when you are traveling. Breakfast not included in room rate.

Reception was not friendly and they did not treat me like a guest or tell me rules until I needed assistance . I was simply given the keys when I arrived. My room was the most most expensive but it did not have a shower. The basics like water and coffee milk was not there.

Facility on point. A bit of improvements around the facility.grounds and general appearance would raise the bar . Also the water pressure at the showers requires a bit more bars .

Facility is good .Feel pity for the business as eskom is squeezing their margins to nothing due to back up power / diesel provision . Maybe a solar power project would payoff in the longterm ,

The staff could have been more friendlier but I gave them a benefit of a doubt because we arrived very late so it could have been that they were tired.

The property was spectacular and exceeded by expectation, everything was pleasant . I enjoyed everything about the property.
