Very nic guest house with beautiful view. We are sad that due the rain we were not able to try the swimming pool. Rooms are small but very nice and clean. You can enjoy nice evening in the living room and breakfast with very nice view. We enjoyed our stay.

The Wi-Fi and TV did not function properly, if at all. The router consistently disconnected us from the network—possibly due to being overloaded or underpowered—and when we did manage to connect, the internet was extremely slow and unreliable. Each room uses Amazon Firesticks for Smart TV functionality, but we were unable to cast any of our own streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+). It’s unclear whether this was due to the Firestick or the unstable Wi-Fi, but either way I shouldn't be problem solving the TV, it should just work. As someone reasonably tech-savvy, I spent over 30 minutes troubleshooting without success. A non-functional TV and poor connectivity significantly impact the value of a stay, especially for guests like myself who planned to do some work. I’d love to return in the future, but I hope these issues are resolved, as they are essential parts of the booking experience.

Great location in the suburbs of Hout Bay with a beautiful view, staff are so friendly and helpful and the property is easy to find and access.

The room was very tiny - as a solo traveler I did not mind but for a couple who travels with luggages it can be very tight

I stayed for 2 nights in one of the “smaller” rooms. The room was very clean, bright and had even a window with lovely view. The staff was very welcoming and breakfast was 10 out of 10! The property is stunning, well located!

I didn't realise there were about 12 steps to the property. I may have missed it on the info but as my husband walks with a cane it was a little difficult for him but there is a rail.

Entry level room is very small and not very private. Can hear your neighbors and all movements around you. The breakfast was a bit chaotic. The idea of time slots is good but it's not stuck too and was chaos.

The staff are great, common areas of the house are stunning. Location great. Breakfast offering looked great.
