The gas heaters switched off automatically and we were freezing to death. We ultimately had to leave in a haste to run away from the cold.

Breakfast could be improved by having some fruits and have something to keep the dining hall warm especially in winter months.

Water nice and warm,Staff extremenly helpful and warm.They exchanged a gas cylinder for a new full one.

1. The wardrobes are not private. They are Hal done 2. Toiletries were not consistently supplied 3. The breakfast was a disaster: same menu for all the days of your stay 4. Cutlery and amenities were not adequate in the kitchen, and there was nobody to refill or tidy up finished or used crockery or Cutlery 6. My toilet bag was kept by the facility for all the days of my stay, to an extent that I had to purchase another toiletry to an amount of R1000. I thought I had forgotten them at home, only to find that the facility kept them. 7. The facility is accusing us of their missing line. How so, if they didn't conduct the inventory on arrival? 8. The bed mattress is so pleasant and uncomfortable. It makes noise every time you turn 9. The headboard is very uncomfortable, even if you have pillows. You ask them to change the mattress, you are told that there are no spares!

It is located next to the mall with good restaurants where you can eat dinner at a reasonable price. The place is phenomenal. I always book there when i am around the area. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge where you can put your own drinks

One thing my partner and i didn't like is that breakfast time ends at 9am and sometimes waking up isn't easy as we are there to relax,and that there's no room service an an additional option

There was an altercation on the morning of Sunday the 8th at reception regarding booking people were shouting and swearing around 2 am and others were knocking on our door and our kids door too demanding we vacate the rooms because they "booked "them.and in the morning no one came to apologize and tell us what was that all about,we had to ask first what was happening.

We liked everything about the place,the artwork gave us beautiful pictures,the rooms we spacious and clean,the garden was beautiful & the pools were clean.we would definitely visit again and even recommend House and Heart Guest house. Our family had a good time and my birthday was on the 09th December that's why we went on a small family vacation we had a blast.@ aus Geminah took good care of us when ever we needed toilet rolls or towels thank you too. The issue is the use of the kitchen & utensils, for paying to use things there isn't much & we are capped which it shouldn't be that way. We just ask that rules of the place are emphasised to every guests that comes & has to share space with other people as well.

The area is lovely & the rooms are really nice & clean. The staff is friendly & helpful with whatever you need at the time.

This was my second time ,so this time around the water in the shower one minute was hot and the next minute was cold that was the only challenge I had experienced.

Everything Linda the lady at reception ,she,s welcoming, professional and their stuff too. The place is clean and beautiful, the decoration is perfect The maintenance guy makes sure that the pool and the yard is clean.

Check out time is 10am, however if we had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast then surely we will be late leaving. I think you need to stop rushing guests out. It left a bad taste in my mouth

They dont' have a cappuccino machine. The staff were quite rude. We woke up at 9:25 and when we wanted to get breakfast, they didn't want to serve us although they indicated breakfast is served till 9:30. Also, they were rushing us to get out exactly before 10:00. We did get out but didn't even get a chance to take a shower.
