No internet TV, eg Netflix or Showmax. No WiFi in the room. No tea/coffee cups in the room, even though kettle and hot beverage supplies were there. Only noticed at midnight when I wanted a cup.

The property gives a country living vibe which is nice for us city types trying to get away. Beautiful garden you could sit in all day and forget about the cares of the world. Breakfast was also good, it had to be in that setting.

Being off the grid is great but not when you have no power from around 1am and you also have no hot water to shower with later in the evening. It was very hot and the fans were purely for decoration and even though mosquito prevention was provided, they still came in their droves.

The hostess Nicky was incredible. We were made to feel so welcome and she provided WiFi for our room as requested.

There was a power failure just after we arrived back from the function at about 21h30. This only came on at about 08h00 in the morning There was just one emergency lamp in the bedroom and nothing in the bathroom The was no hot water in the morning probably due to the power failure.

Easy to locate on Google Maps Reception arranged to admit us early so we could freshen up before attending a wedding It was clean and very comfortable The breakfast was excellent and prepared right there in the dining room

Room was very very hot. We had to ask for a fan as there wasn't one, but it was provided promptly. Bathroom has spider webs and dirt in the corner next to the basin. We did not use the shower. Would have preferred good proper ground coffee with breakfast and some healthy alternatives due to our dietary requirements, maybe look into that for the future :)

Check-in was really quick and simple. They were very kind to accommodate special requests that was really appreciated. Bed was really comfortable. Loved the puppies :)

TV reception was non-existent, and nobody was interested in helping or giving us feedback. Loud music audible in the room way past midnight.

Good location for the wedding venues in the vicinity. Good quality beds. OK for a one-night stay.

It being a winter night there was not enough warm blankets. We were given a little can heater but it was hardly adequate. We ended going to buy our own electric blanket!!

There was some small issues which I think could be handled The cupboard under the sink was dirty and some useless items where put in the 1 basket There was an almost empty bottle of of coffee on counter and half open milk in the fridge The dishtowels where very dirty aswell

The room next door to us had an issue, we were woken up by loud screaming and then someone knocked on our door and asked if we had went in to their room next door. We were the only black people staying there and the security person asked the white couple if the people who had broken into their room were black. Infuriating to say the least

The host was amazing, they provided a full hot meal in the morning. The breakfast was good. We were also allowed to checkout abit later. We were warned well in time before check in of the power outage in the area which allowed us the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Even with loadshedding they still had hot water and shower gel and soap in the bathrooms

we could not reach the premisis. No answer from the venue and we had to turn away as we could not get access to the venue and nobody answered the phone and also no proper indication to the access point of entry. shocking communication from the venue

The first day, the room was not as well-prepared as it was on the second day. However, the second day/night, as we came back, it was excellently prepared. It made our stay memorable and super. The cleanliness of the room was superb.

I really enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Special attention were given to make the stay memorable, fresh flowers and cold water in the room. The earlier check-in was a bonus as we had ro prepare to attend a wedding at 3.
