We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—especially thanks to Errol, who went out of his way to help us and offer useful advice throughout our visit. His warmth and genuine kindness really made an impression and added a personal touch to our stay. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the lounge area was exactly as shown online—stylish, comfortable, and a nice spot to unwind. The surroundings of the hotel were peaceful and relaxing, which made it an ideal place to recharge. Thanks again to the whole team, and especially to Errol, for making our stay so enjoyable!

There was a friendly welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, a cosy bar with open fires, nice breakfasts and lots of smiles from the staff. I’ve no hesitation in recommending it.

The Graskop Hotel is a great place of true and traditonal South African hospitality. Don't let yourself deceive from the outer impression on the main road. While the structure isn't of recent build the interior has a decent pool, gardens, a great restaurant and the staff is very forthcoming. Best of all hotel and rooms are furnished with modern art - truly unique. Highly recommended!

South AfricaThe dinner options are limited and I don't feel they were good value for money. In Graskop the restaurants like the Graskop Hotel and Harry's Pancakes are expensive and catered to foreigners, which is wrong, They should till offer value for money. We had dinner at the Italian spot down the road, which was delicious and well priced.
The breakfast buffet and hot breakfast options was very tasty. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomOur first night we stayed in a room overlooking the road which was a bit tired, cold and loud with morning traffic. We moved for our second night to a room overlooking the pool which was in better condition and much warmer. In fairness we were given a choice of rooms the first night and chose badly
We stayed here for two nights as we explored the panorama route. The location was perfect for what we needed and Graskop has a few restaurants and shops which were helpful. The bar/restaurant area are lovely with warm fires and food was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating
