Safari game and our guide was really good and brace that he let us to see the wild animals and we was soo near to them

The price is very expensive compared to the service. I paid for 2 nights 17k dhs and then the charge to me for transfer from the villa to restaurant as last year there was no any charge And the food quality is poor in restaurant depending of how much we r paying .. and one day i told them i will take takeaway pistachio cheese cake as we were tired , then when i reached my villa it was wrong and they didn't change it to me even no apologies no change it in same time , as i am paying for all meals and we should get all our meal completely as we were 6 person so 6 cheesecake they didn't give to me and one day they be late to bring lunch as the lady forgot to tell kitchen then they brought on time of safari how he could eat then go directly so they r taking money more for meals but they r unfair

The villa was grate Facilities are excellent Staff are professional and friendly Cars are comfortable I loved the information that Giving by Mr. SONY , He was professional and have great customer service. I loved the break with hot chocolate and the view.

The food was not so good too salty Needs more variety

Absolutely incredible experience! The game drive was amazing! We saw lions, rhinos, hippos, elephants, giraffes and even cheetahs. We experienced an amazing cheetah hunt – one time life experience! All animals are looking happy and healthy. Our guide drives sooo close to animals and let us make great photos. We are lucky to have this guide, absolutely great guy! I definitely recommend this amazing place!!

The Food Some of the stuff are not friendly

I like how smooth was the check in & check out. Even the way the Game Drive Guides welcome people and discuss with them about the drive. I like the heater in the bed !!!! This was the best in the villa.

I did not like that there is no option for half board and the timing between the lunch and dinner is short. Like we have the lunch then go to the afternoon drive, then come back for dinner. No rest. It will be much better if lunch then drive then rest then dinner. Or make the dinner timing longer. Other than that, all is great! Also, for families with small children, it is better to have kids club because some kids cannot behave properly in the drive so the parents have the option to put the kids in the club while they are in the Game Drive.

We loved the breathtaking scenery, the peaceful atmosphere, and the amazing wildlife experiences. The staff were friendly and very welcoming.

The villa was outstanding and the service was exceptional. Thanks to Douglas and the team at the villa for their services which is unforgettable. Thanks to Ruan for his rides and game drives and all lovely memories.

The vibe and the tour man was very helpful

Villa was far away and I face a problem early morning around 0500 early morning the electricity was off in case of emergency?? and no connection to call reception coz no one available during night!!!! This the first time in my life seeing this and I was charged more for silly thing which is number of the kids and I booked Villa 3 rooms and we are total 7 2 adults 5 kids

The lodge was great, good for a large family

Everything was impeccable, particularly the staff who were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The property is stunning, we felt connected to nature with all the modern luxuries.
