The Side lamp was broken,there was not enough lighting in the room the light bulb was broken,the other wardrobe was broken,the glasses were not clean they smelled horrible the toilet was not squickly clean resulting in one of my friend having toilet infection it had stains inside.

I liked the pool view,the stuff hospitality, peacock 🦚 and 🐑 the friendly safe environment and a heart warming welcome

There was network problem in our Bangalore couldn't play music, but after Alex came to our room a few times, to try and fix with no success. We were moved to a better room..The 1st night my partner couldn't sleep properly because of the noise the peacock was making at night .

The bathroom and toilet in the family room shouldn't it be in the other room or somewhere and not immediately at the front door (No. 18, I think)

The air conditioner in room 4 needs some maintenance. The fridges in the rooms were really not strong. Our meat got rotten but Gloria came to our rescue

The rooms were very clean but the veranda was not swept. The linen was very clean and water always hot. Gloria and her colleague were really good to us.They made us feel welcomed and always ready to assist. The location was easy to find. The breakfast was also good, however I wish they have variety for people not eating pork. Above all, we really enjoyed our stay at Golden Candle.

No airconditioning no fans we also had no wifi. I booked a room for 3 people but had to pay almost R400 more on top of the R1080 I already paid for a one night stay.

Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working in our room for most of our stay. However, the staff were working on it and eventually it was sorted towards the end of our stay.

Very peaceful and spacious accomodation. The gardens are beautiful and we were very comfortable in our room. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

The shower was dirty, the glass had soap stains which shows that it wasn’t washed. Wi-Fi was weak and we couldn’t watch Netflix.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good. The lady that welcomed us was nice and kind.

They could add more lighting by the pool area. Provide gate keys instead of having to wait when you go out. the bar must have operating hours. The receptionist could slightly improve her attitude especially to the guests.

Location was perfect for our other planned activities. The laundry/ironing services were very helpful. The accommodation was value for money.

I initially booked a simple room with nice pictures on it. But this room was almost dirty, without TV or wifi operational. It was dark and with view on a small dark and closed dirty courtyard. A nightmare. This room had no chair, nio table ( except a tiny night table). Just an old kettle.

Nice accommodation ... but (read the neg. points). Fortunately the owner proposed a wider room with living and kitchen.
