The host is very warm and welcoming. We were running late and she was very patient, she had all the informative brochures with interesting areas we can visit with kids to enjoy Knysna. She is such a friendly host. I enjoyed my stay with family and kids enjoyed the garden and pool. The facility is well equipped and makes it a pleasant stay, well maintained and clean.

The mattress needs replacing. Dogs outside were noisy early in the morning so sleeping in wasn’t possible

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing. Kitty, who made the experience even better with her warm hospitality and friendliness.

Everything, from the comfotable beds to the beautiful backyard and easy accessibility to the main road. Kitty was a darling and helped with directions on where to buy food even though we checked in later than expected due to bad road over Prince Alfred Pass.

We loved the charming appartment, it had everything one needs and everything worked. It was kept neat and tidy and staff were all very friendly. The views and garden were lovely and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We were located well to get around to restaurants, shops etc.

Although quiet, the location requires that you basically drive everywhere that you might want to go. This is pretty typical in South Africa, but Europeans might need to get used to this. It is however pretty well-located in the middle of all the good stuff to do, so you'll seldom be driving for longer than 30 mins to get to everything.

The place was large and pretty well-equipped, as well as located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Our host was also very friendly and happy to provide recommendations of things to do around town.

The steps up to the accommodation are steep and have to be negotiated with great care, especially for older people as my wife and I are.

My high overall score is based entirely on the host, Kitty. She's a star! The garden is stunning and the view over that and the lagoon and heads in the distance is a very pleasing aspect.

Bed was a bit too creaky / noisy.

Beautiful views over the bay, with a great space to sit outside and enjoy them. Host was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Footprints is located in a very beautiful area with an amazing view of the lagoon, very close to everything. The bed was very comfortable, everything was there, even a little jar of herbs for cooking. Kitty was so friendly and we just loved our short stay and felt like staying longer but had to move along. There was also braaing facilities. We just loved lazing around the lovely pool, basking in the warm sun. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable. We will be back♡♡

Kitty, the owner, was very friendly and supportive even so one of her most beloved dogs just has died. It is a nice appartment with a good view and which is rather quiet. I needed that. It is my day 10 and 11 in South Africa and for the First time I got a really good sleep.

The host Kitty was warm and welcoming. The accommodation has everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable.There was DSTV to watch sport and our deck overlooked the garden and sparkling pool and in the distance we could see the lagoon.
