They had builders working at night and it was noisy

The bathroom in the room doesn't have privacy. The mat by the fridge made it impossible for us to open the fridge. We had to lift it and move it away from the fridge.

One of the towels in our room had a very damp smell. The toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough before our arrival and our coffee mugs in our room had an old smell.

We liked the fact that we were close to town, easy access to shops and it is close to multiple beaches and entertainment. We loved that they offered breakfast. The was a beautiful view. The was enough storage for your stuff in the rooms. The list is endless.

They did not have coffee and tea in the room. I stayed for two nights and the room was not serviced the entire time I stayed. I got a fungal infection 2 days after staying there.

The breakfast was prepared right in front of the guests. The lady that was preparing breakfast did not cover her hair. There's no proper door for the bathroom. The other person can hear the one in the bathroom doing their business.

Soooo where do I even start... We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. Online, the place looked lovely, good vibes. We arrived at the property at 4pm, upon arrival we were surprised that the yard and garden was unkept and untidy Anyway, we look passed this and decided not to judge, seemed like renovations were underway. Walked into our apartment and was welcomed by a very friendly Mabel. She is amazing. As first glance, the place looked stunning. Spacious and modern apartment. There was an electrician fixing something in the kitchen. Anyway we looked past it, took our luggage inside and left. We came back late in the evening and regret set in. - The apartment was filthy - One bed had no bed sheet but sweet mable sorted that out, it must of slipped her mind. - The bedding smelled stuffy - Beds were hard and uncomfortable - The mattresses were wrapped in plastic which made a noise all night and the top mattress kept slipping from the base due to the plastic. - The kitchen floors was full of dust from what ever work the electrician did earlier. - Apartment was self catering but there was no dishes at all in the cupboards. We had no glasses to use or plates to eat. - Fridge had old fruit , not sure if it worked.( or just switched off) - It stated WIFI on the advert, however no WIFI was provided. - Dining room table looked new but so shakey and unstable. - Toilet was not cleaned, I had to sanitize the toilet to ensure my family had a clean toilet to use ( please change the toilet seat, it is old, cracked, stained and disgusting) - The blinds in one of the bedroom did not close, we had to sleep with the outside having a clear view into the bedroom. - Not a single trash can / bin in the entire apartment. - There was no microwave. - Such a beautiful place but so many issues and so filthy that we were just uncomfortable. - We literally just spent the night there and had to wake up and leave first thing due to the disgust.
