The parking is horrendous, we were asked to move our vehicle a few times and were then blocked in on Sunday morning by an inconsiderate guest. Also the pics on booking. Com is misleading. I further requested that the rooms be next to each other, but no communication received to say this couldn't be done. Although the rooms are clean, there is dampness in the rooms. The noise levels by some of the guests were not acceptable especially after 10pm.

We spent about an hour on Florida road looking for a venue,since there is no sign pointing straight to the house.That was a very bad experience.

The mouldy smell in the bedrooms was really not pleasant. You could tell that the carpets have recently been cleaned but there wasn't sufficient time for them to dry before we arrived.

I loved the kitchen and the dining area, we spent a lot of time here as a family. I also loved the fact that we were adequately accommodated as a family with enough rooms for the large party we were.

The host is noisy in the morning , I like sleeping in and she wakes up early to call out the workers yelling , really unpleasant… not calling out the other noisy tenants after 10 pm, and the fact that she reminded my 12 year old at 9h45 that check out it’s at 10 am as if I the mother was not aware , but when we called in to check in the phone rang unanswered 7 times we stood in the street for 20 minutes trying to get hold of her.

- no signage outside, guesthouse is tucked away between other buildings and very difficult to find - room was clean but had a mouldy stench - very old mattress, quite uncomfortable - the manager and her partner were in the lobby/guest area the whole day and even having drinks there one of the evenings which felt quite uncomfortable. The manager was also quite bossy with the staff

The manager was kinda mean, I understood that my request was tough to accept but the manner she spoke to me was rude and she went on to even tell me to cancel my stay as she won’t accept late check ins, I told her it’s non refundable and she just didn’t seem to care until I made a plan. All in all what ruined my experience was that she spoke to me unkindly while I was polite
