The place has a self-catering area that allows guests to sit outside and dine but that become a problem due to that the white couple were allocated a room next door

South AfricaThe lodge needs maintenance in its public areas and rooms. Infrastructure of 4 rooms sharing a geyser (our first room had no hot water) is not workable. The layout means one is also subject to noisy neighbours. Our booking for the spa was noted on our guest sheet but the booking was not made with the therapist.
Location was great and could be picturesque. Rebecca and Walter took great care of us and were so welcoming. The food was great, a good variety and served in large quantities on a terrific veranda.
