Another wonderful stay at Fleur de Lis. The secret garden room is a serene oasis with a lovely private garden and outdoor seating. The room itself is beautiful and everything is as always impeccably clean and well maintained. Wifi is very good and a desk in the room allows for a functional remote work environment also . Hester and her team go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. I became very ill the night before I was due to checkout, my room was already booked for the next day by another guest - Hester so kindly found another location steps away for me to stay, I was very grateful. Looking forward to my next stay!

The water crisis situation. I would suggest that the estate invests in a borehole so that there is never a water issue. We escaped home due to no water maintenance situation in our area in the hope that the estate will have a backup plan. Unfortunately we had to bucket bath. It was really tough without water.

The space and facilities provided. Cleanliness was on point. Breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom toilet was a bit wabbly, just had to be cautious while using it.

We had an amazing babymoon, it felt like home away from home. The place is exceptionally clean, beautiful & neatly desired rooms.. Well thought out 5 star breakfast (Not the usual boring English breakfast). We were welcomed by Maria who was very welcoming and met Hester who also made us feel welcomed into her home. It's in a perfect location & easily accessible.

I loved everything about this place, very relaxing, clean, staff very friendly Thembi and Hester lovely people, service was top noch, facilities very clean, the area very quite, safe and secure, will definitely come back again soon. Good value for 💰, Breakfast very delicious, Hester came to our rescue and borrowed us an iPhone charger as we have forgotten ours, really they going out of their way to make feel at home.

I had to use uber, and sometimes had to wait very long . Nothing negative to the guesthouse as its not their fault.

Fleur de Lis is a beautifully planned suite, with every little detail thought and taken care of. The hostess, with whom we connected via Whatsapp was very responsive. Maria, the maid, was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and provided exactly at the time we requested. In short an excellent place.

Nothing really. Everything was perfect. My wife had the best birthday evening.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff and management. The surroundings are peaceful. The WiFi speed was perfect we were able to check in and finish up our work.

The parking area. The neighbour has a small wall along the grass on his pavement (which I think should not be allowed because the pavement belongs to the municipality). When you reverse out of the parking area do not turn to soon to get on the road otherwise you may scrape your car against the wall. This happened to me one year ago and again during my visit now with damage to my rented car! Be aware of this wall !

Wonderful location in a safe estate. Many walking paths and lots of bird life. Maria and Tamy , who ran the kitchen and prepared breakfast, were very friendly and polite and prepared a wonderful breakfast,

I think the parking bay is a bit awkwardly positioned.

It felt like home. It was clean, quiet and safe. The staff especially the lady, Thembi was amazing!

I couldn't fault anything.

Absolutely beautiful guesthouse that looked better than the pics. Breakfast was excellent and our host and Thembi were just lovely. The pool area was clean and inviting. Loved the little touches of nougat and sherry.
