We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely exceptional. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little touches, everything made us feel truly special. The location itself was stunning so calm and peaceful, the perfect place to recharge. One of the highlights was the incredible wine tasting experience, which was truly memorable. The breakfast was also excellent, with great quality and variety. Overall, it was the perfect stay for such a special occasion.

We loved our stay at La Villa. We were in the mountain view room for our honeymoon. The room is stunning, we loved sitting in the hot tub enjoying the scenery. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful with arranging transport and making suggestions.

A beautifully converted barn with fine finishing among stunning gardens and just a short walk from town. Waking up in front of the mountains was really special. So was the kind staff.

Little things that can be easily remedied .. not enough towels and bath mats , very low water pressure . No table next to the bath for soap etc . No plug point for the hairdryer next to a mirror . No extra blankets as it was cold ( very thin duvet)

We stayed in the mountain lodge room, it has its own private garden where you can park right next to the room. Room was beautiful, nice big bath, kitchen, comfy bed couldn’t ask for more. To top it off there is a hot tub which they filled up and heated as soon as we got there. Amazing stay have been recommending to all our friends!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here for part of our honeymoon. The location is perfect as you are close enough to walk into town but far enough away that it feels secluded and private. The grounds are really beautiful and we wished we had more days to sit an enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was great - lots of options and really fresh. Michelle and her staff were amazing and really made us feel like special guests. Ayanda was so welcoming when we arrived and he was kind enough to start the wood burning stove in our room while we were at dinner. We can't wait to come back

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in... And I stayed in many! ;-) the stone cottage we booked was simply amazing. It's an old cottage that has been modernised with great lights, AC/heating, a modern shower and a comfortable huge bed. You completely have your privacy, in summer you can sit outside and in the winter you can make a fire in the room. It's very romantic and has a lot of room! Breakfast was delicious and staff very forthcoming. I would love to return!

Internet is capped and DSTV needed recalibration but then worked great. The geyser isnt large enough to fill and use the bath in the accomodation we stayed in which was disappointing.

We stayed in the Mountain Retreat cabin and it had amazing furnishings and privacy. There was a giant enclosed private area for our dog to run around and there was even peacocks outside the kitchen. Great braai and jacuzzi facilities if the weather is good and there is mountains in any direction you look. The main house and breakfast area is very cozy but has a really good breakfast option. Staff were super fast and helpful to sort out any requests or issues.

Pool barn - only one small toilet downstairs and no shower, but the large romantic bath with amazing views definitely made up for that, bubble bath supplied for the bath :) Lots of beautiful glass windows in the pool barn that allows you to admire the amazing nature and wake up to stunning views, privacy in the bath are however effected by the windows, large curtains for the sleeping area - so no problem in that area. Still definitely recommended for a lovely romantic getaway, so beautiful, felt like we stayed in a beautiful ville somewhere in Europe 😍

Super stay, beautiful all around! Staff members are professional and friendly, breakfast delicious and complimentary wine tasting with cheese bord was a wonderful touch. Story of the pig and the art displayed was very interesting and made the stay extra special. Romantic and special with stunning views, highly recommend a visit!!
