Rooms were not up to the mark. Walls were a bit dirty in my room! Maybe other rooms have good conditions! Bath and room don’t have any separate door!

Bathroom walls in my room needed a little TLC.

Loved the location, ambiance, pool and views. Rooms beautifully decorated and spacious. Plunger coffee in the room was great.

The telephone and wi-fi signals were not good in the room. There are spots in the garden where it is slightly better.

The guesthouse is easy to get to and well positioned to get from there to meetings in the city center. The view is absolutely great!

We were not bothering any guests however we were informed that we might be because we were just sitting outside the room having drinks and few laughs.

The couch in the room was a bit dirty which did no leave a good impression. The fridge is not in the best state and inside the fridge was a glass bottle of water (not sure if it was filtered or tap water). Bottled still waiter would be preferred. Breakfast was average.

Great View of the sea and golf course. The bed was comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a great area, not too far from Chartwell Road in Umhlanga.

In their rooms they have the old fan lights on the ceiling that is very dusty, old bar fridges that are rusty, no backup generator when there's loadshedding were in the dark for 2 hours.

Bathrooms need renovating as they are old. The place is quite pricey for the quality of the rooms and bathrooms. Lack of variety in breakfast offerings No ice available on the property and you can't order simple sandwiches or meals/drinks should you want this so you must make sure you have all your own food and drink. Only small bar fridge is available in the room hence space is limited. Extremely annoying roosters are kept on the golf course property in front so you hear them constantly although this is not a fault of the property.

Amazing view and patio/balcony area/pool. The ladies were so helpful and friendly, in particular Angel was such a delight. Lovely grounds Peaceful Comfortable bed Delicious breakfast and service from staff is superb

I did not like the attitude of some staff, made it sound like I should understand their issues (fact that they need to knock off at 12). No back up when there is no water. Issues with WIFI.

The location is great, the garden is amazing. The owners hospitality is amazing.
