The smell on the room it wasn't a smell of cleaness and freshness

Rooms had issues I had to move twice, door was faulty in first room. Second room bed had ants in and on bed. Third room was musty walls damp and cracked.

The fact that they advertised that the booking offered breakfast, only to find out in the morning that breakfast is not offered anymore. I also did not like the fact the room did not have a microwave. They aslo did not have long mirrors. Otherwise other that, my stay was nice and quiet.

The property was nice and clean. Had beautiful aesthetics from the outside.

At the Entrance there is a dilapidated building which needs painting.

The water keep blocking in the shower and the lady that works there was so rude she didn’t wanna give us a extra blanket yet it was super cold

There was no wifi in the room even when I reported, nothing was done to check. The sink was blocked, we couldn't use it properly. There could be more done on cleaning the room and outside table and chairs in preparing for the guests. The door lock was broken making it difficult to lock.

I didn't like how the house was maintained. It needs some touch-ups, and the kids who wander around the apartment are in chaos. It's a beautiful house that needs some maintenance. The space on the kitchen side is also lovely but not well-maintained. The staff needs to be more professional.

I did not like that I was only told that they were not going to offer breakfast when I arrived, when I had booked the place because I wanted the breakfast.

Room was a bit stuffy, smelling of wet Mould, no toilet paper, the one in the room was wet, like soaking wet, no view of the city and the ocean anymore from the pool area

Kindly keep plates in the rooms so that when we need to warm our food it will be easy, we wont be told that the kitchen closes at 10 during the day.

Breakfast was great, Phindile was so helpful while doing the booking. She booked the place I requested ( sea view room)

The pool was very dirty.

The staff was very friendly. We had initially booked a budget room. Which was in a very bad condition and the sheets were very dirty. We complained and they moved us to a much better room.

We tried to contact the owner about a number of matters. There was only an e-mail which was unanswered, despite a follow up, & call to the company concerned, the message left for Amy was also ignored. No information was provided on her surname, & the cell number was not provided. If you book in there you are on your own, except for what the staff on hand can do, & which is limited by the owners.

There was no coffee and milk, no soap in the bathroom, found 1 toilet roll, which was not enough, had to remind them to turn on my geyser the 1st morning, the number that is provided for calls was not working. Swimming pool was dirty
