We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere were some renovations going on but they did not disturb us in anyway. Although I feel like we missed seeing the beauty of some spots because of them. We must definitely go back to see all those improvements made.
The rooms were clean, it felt like home. It's a great safe and fun spot to go with children. The aquadome is fantastic, the best. My kids enjoyed it so much, i enjoyed it too.

Wheelchair accessibility is extremely poor. All the staff are wonderful and give their best. Awesome awesome staff on all levels even the ones busy with the renovations. The problem is that the place is not Wheelchair friendly....theres some bats and ramps here and there but not proper Wheelchair accessibility.

South AfricaIt was not a big deal, nor was it a deal breaker. We had called for an iron two days in a row, and housekeeping did not send it. This is after a few calls and a 1 or 2-hour wait. Again, it's not a big issue, maybe an area for improvement.
The Resort has alot of activities for the family. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and in good tidy order..
