The other places I've booked, they don't ask for an ID however here we had to provide our ID's for the owner to take pictures. We also have to write down our ID numbers on a form we signed. It just felt a bit weird because at other places they don't request for personal info such as that. For this reason I would not want to go back there

The area is not safe at all, and I think it’s a major thing to consider if you’re not a homebody and enjoy going out. It’s not really an area for that sort of thing. It can be dangerous. And there’s not much to do around the area either. The nearby malls are also not in good shape.

The apartment is beautiful and has all the necessities you need. It just needs a little touching up here and there. The Host is friendly and easy to deal with.

We were notify by every Uber driver but also with our host, that the area where the apartment is situated is not really safe. At the beginning of our stay there were long inventory list where every fork in the appartment should be checked. I have never see it before, time consuming.

The apartment was very clean, cozy and lots of ewuipment was there. The owner was very helpful and nice.

The address takes you to the adjacent road if using a GPS, so I had to call and ask the host to come out and meet me. Also, if you’re a white foreign visitor, like myself, I didn’t feel safe when entering the area which was run down. I had people try and approach my car at junctions and I had to drive away quickly. The property is also on the top floor of a block of flats, so be prepared for a hike up stairs with luggage. However, the host was great and helped me.

The property was decorated well, had good amenities, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

It's really private and besides the aira around it it's very safe once ur in the complex nothing to worry about the decor is very stylish and all the amenities are there to cook clean and do washing just like home I love this place best value for money with more then friendly and helpful host thanks so much for having us we will Definitely be back when we in capetown agin .

Nothing,l liked everything inside the apartment and everything in it.

The host was very punctual, friendly and able to answer all my concerns.The space was very clean and cosy as well as good for families and the fact that the place looks exactly as it is.lt was just a home away from my home and it's very close to the airport.

This place is located in a seemingly unsafe and unhygienic neighbourhood/location where I would not advise any families to reside in. The photos displayed in the advertisement and the reviews are inaccurate and false. We booked the place based on the property's photos but, unfortunately, due to the reasons mentioned above we didn't live there but changed our accommodation late evening.

There really aren't any positives about this accommodation.

the accodation inside is to beautiful, for that area. The flights that are landing almost every 30/40 minutes are very noisy. The place is far from activities in Cape Town.

The flat on the outside looks dodgi, if pictures from outside the flat were provided, I would have not opted to stay there. Inside the flat you find comfort and a good place to stay in.

Nothing was not to like

Met the most welcoming sister (Perrine). It was very nice staying there, it was easy to get food. 3 minutes away from Spar and where you can get taxis. The house is big and very clean. I felt like I wa at home. You will not regret going there.

The location of the place is not very safe. There was the smell of dagga in the area. The building where the apartment is located is filthy. I could not stay there with my kids. When I requested the owner for a refund they refused.
