Are you not even ashamed that you stood us up 7 hours waiting for you to show up, then you change your mind last minute and are not even remorseful. If we had not kept calling you, we would have waited the whole night. then after all that you still decide to cyber bully us. How can you judge our place when you have never been there. you are lying that we put fake photos yet you never even met us or got to check in. You didn't even get to the parking where you made us wait from 3 till 10pm, a possibility that you even got lost. It is not fair you judge a place because of the area, you should have done your research and know Parow is not upmarket like the Waterfront where you were coming from. You can't go to the Waterfront and expect to see premium water front standards in Parow. Again we ask any visitors to do their research. it is very uncalled for that you don't know Cape Town and want to pin your experience on our apartment especially when you have never been there. mind you, all our positive reviews are from real people, some usually request extensions and some keep returning to their "home away from home". Our place remains the best in the area regardless of what you say. There are already families staying on the very same secure complex which has cameras and an electric fence so how can you claim that it is not safe and it is not clean. you never even go to the place perhaps you were even lost. how can you say that you cannot advise families to stay there, are you saying that people staying there are animals? Your tone seems racist and you see other people as beneath you. we are glad you never got to stay as we definitely would never want to deal with such abusive guests. We pride ourselves in providing the best accommodation services at affordable prices in Parow. If you feel you could do better then you should go to where you can afford, otherwise why would you come and book somewhere which is priced accordingly. Go book at the waterfront where accommodation starts from R3000 a night and leave us peasants alone. That is just common sense.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand you booked the place in an attempt to seek affordable accommodation in Cape Town, and that is exactly what we provided you with. There are plenty of beautiful places in Cape Town, and plenty of activities, they are not all in one centralised location. I am not sure if activities are centralised where you are from but in Cape town there are plenty of activities in different directions. Perhaps you assume the V and A waterfront is the only place in Cape town with activities. Anyway here is a list of amenities that we are close to besides public transport which is just a block behind us: Disctances To: Cape Town International Airport Western Cape: 11.22 Km (6 miles), 17mins Waterfront Western Cape Total distance: 21.303 Km (13 miles) Travel Time: 19 minutes Camps Bay beach Western Cape Total distance: 24.78 Km (15 miles)Travel Time: 25 minutes 43 seconds Bloubergstrand beach Western Cape Total distance: 18.791 Km (11 miles)Travel Time: 24 minutes 18 seconds Century City: -12,1km , 13minute Table mountain: 21,5km, 31mins just to name a few. Parow center is actually a walking distance from us, about 5 blocks away. Our top priority is to ensure our clients feel at home during their stay at very affordable rates. I am sorry, but I do not think it is fair to blame us on your budget. The price you paid for the whole week, is not even enough to cover 1 nights stay at any of the places you claim to have activities, especially in December. I'm not sure what you mean by saying the outside is dodgy, but perhaps you should have done your research first to find out about Parow, the area you will be going to. You cannot blame us for circumstances beyond our control. It is highly impractical to compare the Waterfront to any other area in Cape Town. If our apartment was in a high class area, then obviously the price you paid for the week would be half the price for each night. Our main focus is to provide accommodation for those in need, in Parow. No where on our listing did we ever offer to provide you with activities. Even before you came we did remind you that you are coming to an apartment in a block of flats, we never said you are coming to a hotel, neither did we promise to offer anything beyond accommodation. Perhaps next time please research the place where you want to go and check the activities you want to do first, then perhaps book closer to the area if your budget affords. We pride ourselves as the best so far in that area as we continue to offer the best accommodation to those in need at the most affordable prices.
