Centrally located with secure parking. Room is nicely designed and was very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Eleven's cafe and wine bar offers a coffee every morning too!

The confirmation process took a while to navigate but once connected to the right people the hosts were friendly and helpful!

The hotel is exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated. The team is friendly and excellent. There is an excellent coffee shop attached to the property serving simple but fresh high quality coffee's, pastries and sandwiches throughout the day and an excellent wine and aperol bar for when the mood strikes!

Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Very neat and clean that it felt like we were the first people to sleep in it. We enjoyed its proximity to restaurants and amenities that we walked to places.

Very cozy room, better than on pictures. Can hear the noise from the closest hotel air conditions, but it turn off at 10 so didn’t really bother us. Nice complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning.

The hotel is very centrally located, yet it offers convenient parking – a big plus! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights is definitely the café attached to the hotel, where we were offered a delicious coffee and croissant every morning and honestly, it’s the best coffee in town! The owners, Philippa and Simon, were incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the entire staff. We would absolutely come back!

The room faced another building, which didn’t offer much of a view, although it didn’t impact our overall experience significantly.

Our stay at Eleven was fantastic — the rooms were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was central and convenient. The staff were incredibly kind (especially Evan was amazing!), and the complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning were a delightful surprise.

We could hear people in the main hallway...and room next door...not very well insulated. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs definitely recommended. Otherwise, perfect stay.

This boutique hotel is in a great location in Plettenberg. The cafe at the front had a great feel about it and the staff were all very friendly, you get a complimentary coffee and croissant in the morning. Our room was a little bit dark, but still lovely, rooms at the back had more light. We were lucky to be there on a Saturday with free wine tasting in the bar! Parking at the back was a bonus.
