Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Safe private parking. Host friendly and helpful. A good, pressure coffee maker is always a big plus for me. Nearby, on foot, 2 very good places for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. Everything as described.

We had a very attentive host in Johann. The apartment was impeccably luxurious, perfect location in beautiful Hout Bay. Perfect in terms of beach, walks, shopping, fabulous restaurants , coffee places and access to CapeTown . Very secure and safe. Great views from a generous balcony overlooking the bay and harbour area.

We liked the Dk villa Harbour View very much. The Villa is spacious, comfortable and clean. it has a lovely view over the beach and mountains of Houtbaai. it is nicely decorated and you feel almost at home. A special compliment for our host Johann who was very friendly and helpfull.

This is honestly the best accommodation I have ever rented via booking.com - it is absolutely immaculate, and also conveniently located. So often places state they are "fully equipped", yet they are not - this had everything, and everything of the best quality. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, while at the same respectful of our need to be left alone. Will I return - absolutely without hesitation, and I will recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at this apartment was exceptional. The house is beautifully designed, with attention to detail evident in every corner, and boasts a breathtaking view overlooking Hout Bay. The location is ideal, just around 30-minute drive to downtown and Chapman's Peak, renowned for being one of the most picturesque drives in the world. Additionally, the proximity to supermarkets, a mall, and a variety of shops and restaurants enhances the experience. We highly recommend staying here!

Only minor points - the location being on the main road although great for accessibility there was some traffic noise and it felt a little removed from the beach. The bath in the master was on a step with high sides so made it abit tricky to get in & out if you have mobility issues

Good location for road trips around the cape, with secure parking. Very clean & welcoming. Johann was waiting for us on arrival and was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the sink.

There was nothing not to like.

Johann was a great host, making sure we were taken care of and felt ocnfortable upon our arrival to Cape Town. The apartment is quite spacious and was very tidy and clean. The location is also very good just 2min away from the supermarket, restaurants and stores. If you walk 5min you can stroll on the beach. It is also a great base to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas as there is easy access to main driveways. Definitely recommend to stay here if you are wanting to explore Cape Town.

Because it’s next to restaurants. Some nights the smell of food comes in when you have windows open.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Johann was an amazing host, with a warm greeting and lots of good suggestions. He also stayed in touch through our stay in case we needed anything. The apartment was a great place to relax and to tour around from. I thoroughly enjoyed the heated blanket on a particularly blustery day. Great location with all the bells and whistles. I loved starting the morning with a cup of tea while looking at the mountains and the sea.
