If you want an outdoor experience with a cozy bed in a tiny house - this is for you. The outside shower and hot tub were awesome. If you want a bbq and all the cooking essentials supplied, this is also for you. If you’re taller than 5’9”, watch your head, the door entrance to the trailer is low.

The property is very secluded and although in someone garden, you do not notice that. Wry private!

Absolutely amazing, dreamlike place. Loved the little caravan that was transformed into a house and my boyfriend even loved it more! The hot tub was incredible and to top it off, the outside shower was amazing. Definitely would recommend !

the van is so well sheltered from the notorious scarborough wind, the shower is incredible, the wood fired hot tub was so much fun to experience, the bed was so dreamy comfortable! Plus a very short walk to the shops, restaurant, and beach, perfect location. Tammy was such a wonderful host, everything was perfect and we will definitely be back !!

Me and my husband had an absolutely wonderful time at Happy Van! We spent our honeymoon here and it was so much more special then what we imagined. It was like a little heaven on earth. Surrounded by nature and stars. I couldn't get out of the hot tub it was so amazing at night we will lay in the hot tub and watch the stars. The beautiful outdoor shower was an unforgettable experience! And the hosts was very friendly and helpful, quick responses on whatever we needed. Happy van * 💯✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Super welcoming owners with great attention to detail. Everything was thought of and the van was so comfortable, fresh smelling and clean. Lovely hot tub and bathroom. The location is ideal to explore the peninsula.

Hot tub was extremely enjoyable. Soaking in the hot water in the evenings was so so relaxing. Took a bit of time to heat up the first day but with the pool blanket it retained the heat quiet well and warmed up alot faster the second night.

we loved it all! the village has a laid back surfer vibe and outstanding restaurants, all houses look different and fun, and the van itself is beautifully hidden away in the garden. best things: the outdoor shower & bathroom, the hot tub, and the people who own it :) thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything was awesome.

Excellent wifi in all areas.Comfortable bed and the outdoor shower was an experience out of this world.Attentive hosts who respects privacy but also there if you should need anything.Oh my word and the view from the bed up the mountain is just breathtaking.Wonderful entertainment area.Last but not least hearing the ocean from the deck was soul reviving.Thanks Tammy for an awesome stay.

The welcome and planning for our arrival via WhatsApp was great. The host is gracious and attentive. The van is so comfortable and has ALL the necessities. Outdoor shower and hot tub added to the experience. 10 stars for the location as well.

I had such a great welcome from my hosts, they were super helpful and kind. The place was fantastic, very comfortable. I was very relaxed there. The hot tub was ace!!! And I love the way they have made a corner of the garden so private and sweet, with everything that you need for a lovely stay in Scarborough. Watch out for tortoises on the path! I was so happy to see them on the property!
