The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was not covered properly, water was spilling everywhere, the basin did not have running water, there’s loud music the whole night, not from other residents but form the place itself, making it struggle for one to sleep, no smoking area. It was like we suffering for paying’ R900 for two days and we have went to other places and we did not get this kind of treatment. The staff was okay, but the was no proper orientation to tell us where we can find the essentials such as iron and microwave.

I struggled to open and close the door to my room and as a result did not think it safe to leave any of my belongings inside the room whilst going for the race at nearby Dick Fourie Stadium. I had to request that the visibly torn bedsheet be replaced We were also denied to shower after the race as agree and the lady had a rude attitude. If extra money was required for this service they should have atleast indicated and not talk to us with a nasty attitude. The place is full of mosquitoes and there are no repellents available in the rooms.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bed sheets were ripped/torn and there were spiders on the bed. Our room didn't have a fridge. There was a very pungent odour in the room. There wasn't any remotes for the TV and decoder.

The bed was. Not in good condition, windows were not closing, mosquitoes are biting us,no kettle and microwave, no cutlery and dishes,is dirty even the pool is not in good condition, wifi doesn't reach the room, so what's the use for saying they have wifi, shower is not closed, no privacy wn you take a shower cs people can see you from outside, blanket were not clean while bed are not comfortable looks like is those bed from the streets

The water in the sink was cold and it looked like it was never cleaned in a long time, there was dust and the towel they gave us was wet, the toilet paper was very poor quality which stick in your bum. the TV not working

The staff was just okay. I was told it was self catering but there were no resources. Sheets were dirty,room had stains on the walls,very dusty and the bathroom was worse. I don't think the owner was aware that the room would be booked. Very poor service. We even left a day before our checkout. Also, I didn't mind forfeiting the one day.

The pool was dirty that was a turnoff because, we had come with swimming stuff. The rooms didn't have regular dstv so to watch you have to go to communal area

Despite the Booking.com website stating a reduced payment. I had to pay the full amount. 😒 No assistance was offered to get my personal items to the room. My car was parked far from the room. Despite the receptionist reassurance, there was no kettle for my use.. No drain cover on the shower outlet. The aircon had no remote. It was set on 30°C !! On a warm night. The throw over the bed wasn't clean. Oddly 🫣 the television has a sticker ON the screen to the right side of the screen.

Well lit entrance with the name and contact details clearly visible. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is a bar fridge available. There is a standing fan available. Safe parking. Safe room. Free wifi.
