We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe bed was uncomfortable, the shower was not covered properly, water was spilling everywhere, the basin did not have running water, there’s loud music the whole night, not from other residents but form the place itself, making it struggle for one to sleep, no smoking area. It was like we suffering for paying’ R900 for two days and we have went to other places and we did not get this kind of treatment. The staff was okay, but the was no proper orientation to tell us where we can find the essentials such as iron and microwave.
The staff was okay, easily accessible, reasonable prize.

South AfricaI struggled to open and close the door to my room and as a result did not think it safe to leave any of my belongings inside the room whilst going for the race at nearby Dick Fourie Stadium. I had to request that the visibly torn bedsheet be replaced We were also denied to shower after the race as agree and the lady had a rude attitude. If extra money was required for this service they should have atleast indicated and not talk to us with a nasty attitude. The place is full of mosquitoes and there are no repellents available in the rooms.

South AfricaThe staff was just okay. I was told it was self catering but there were no resources. Sheets were dirty,room had stains on the walls,very dusty and the bathroom was worse. I don't think the owner was aware that the room would be booked. Very poor service. We even left a day before our checkout. Also, I didn't mind forfeiting the one day.

South AfricaDespite the Booking.com website stating a reduced payment. I had to pay the full amount. 😒 No assistance was offered to get my personal items to the room. My car was parked far from the room. Despite the receptionist reassurance, there was no kettle for my use.. No drain cover on the shower outlet. The aircon had no remote. It was set on 30°C !! On a warm night. The throw over the bed wasn't clean. Oddly 🫣 the television has a sticker ON the screen to the right side of the screen.
Well lit entrance with the name and contact details clearly visible. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is a bar fridge available. There is a standing fan available. Safe parking. Safe room. Free wifi.
